Tre Newby’s story did not begin in wellness spaces, laboratories, or high-performance
environments. It began in survival mode—long before “biohacking” became a mainstream
concept. His journey is defined by adversity, discipline, and a relentless pursuit of self-
mastery.
Raised in an environment where structure was limited and instability was common, Tre’s
early years were shaped by hard lessons and the absence of clear direction. Like many who
grow up without a roadmap, he found himself navigating chaos rather than clarity. School
offered little sense of purpose, and poor decisions carried real consequences. Life felt
reactive instead of intentional.
Everything shifted just before Tre entered military service, when his best friend was shot
and killed. That loss became a defining moment—one that forced him to confront the
fragility of life and the reality that time is never guaranteed. Faced with grief and clarity at
the same time, Tre made a choice: remain a product of his environment or take ownership
of his future.
The military became the turning point. It introduced discipline, accountability, and
standards—principles that permanently reshaped how Tre approached life. He learned that
consistency outperforms motivation, structure creates freedom, and resilience is built
through repetition under pressure.
After his service, Tre turned to fitness as a means of rebuilding—physically, mentally, and
emotionally. Training became more than exercise; it became a form of structure and control.
Over time, this dedication evolved into competitive bodybuilding.

As an amateur Men’s Physique bodybuilder, Tre committed himself to the process required
at a competitive level. Through years of disciplined training and self-optimization, he has
recently qualified for NPC Nationals, marking a major milestone in his athletic journey.
As his physique advanced, so did his curiosity. Tre recognized that training alone was only
one variable in performance. Recovery, sleep quality, nutrition timing, supplementation,
stress management, and hormonal balance all played critical roles. This curiosity led him
into the world of biohacking—not as a trend, but as a practical extension of what he was
already living.
Rather than chasing extremes, Tre approached biohacking methodically and responsibly. He
focused on understanding how small, intentional inputs could compound into long-term
results.
Today, as Director of Affiliate Marketing for Biohack Yourself Magazine, Tre brings his
personal journey into every aspect of his role. His mission is to build an affiliate ecosystem
rooted in integrity, education, and alignment.

As a 100% disabled veteran, Tre is especially passionate about helping others reclaim
ownership of their health and future.
From chaos to structure, from survival to self-optimization, Tre’s story reflects the same
principle that guides his work today: ownership changes everything.
