ABOUT BIOHACK YOURSELF MEDIA

Biohack Yourself Media is a global health media platform dedicated to exploring the science, innovation, and culture shaping the future of human performance, longevity, and health optimization. Through documentary filmmaking, editorial journalism, a print magazine, events, and digital media, the platform brings together physicians, researchers, founders, practitioners, and innovators working at the forefront of human biology. The mission of Biohack Yourself Media is to make the most important ideas in human health accessible, understandable, and visible to audiences around the world.

The platform was founded by filmmakers and entrepreneurs Anthony Lolli and TereZa Hakobyan-Lolli. What began as a documentary filmmaking journey gradually evolved into a much larger media initiative. While producing films and conducting hundreds of interviews with doctors, scientists, clinicians, founders, and inventors across the health and wellness landscape, the Lollis encountered a remarkable global community dedicated to improving human health. Yet much of this work existed in fragmented spaces, often difficult for the public to access or understand.

Researchers were making scientific breakthroughs. Innovators were building transformative technologies. Clinicians were developing new treatment protocols and preventative health approaches. But the broader public rarely encountered these developments through clear, engaging storytelling. Biohack Yourself Media was created to bridge that gap.

Biohack Yourself focuses on clarity rather than controversy, approaching complex health topics with the goal of understanding and exploration rather than ideological debate.

At its core, Biohack Yourself operates on the belief that the future of health will not be shaped by a single discipline, institution, or ideology. Instead, it will emerge through collaboration across disciplines, as new ideas, discoveries, and technologies come together to improve human biology. Biohack Yourself serves as a platform where those voices can be heard, understood, and connected.

Unlike many traditional publications that rely primarily on in-house editorial teams, Biohack Yourself takes a different approach. The platform is built around the voices of the experts themselves. Contributors include physicians, clinicians, PhDs, scientific researchers, academic experts, health practitioners, technologists, engineers, founders, and innovators pushing the boundaries of what is possible in human health. Rather than simply reporting on experts, Biohack Yourself provides a platform where those experts can share their knowledge directly.

This model creates a unique media ecosystem built on scientific credibility, real-world clinical insight, cross-disciplinary dialogue, and direct access to emerging research. Readers and viewers are introduced not just to ideas, but to the people actively developing them.

Biohack Yourself Magazine plays an important role within this ecosystem. Published in print and digital formats, the magazine features long-form interviews, investigative features, and editorial coverage exploring emerging developments in health, longevity, and human performance. The publication offers readers a deeper look at the conversations, discoveries, and real-world practices influencing how people approach health today.

Health is also treated as a universal human concern that transcends politics, geography, and ideology. The pursuit of better health, longer lives, and improved human performance belongs to everyone. For that reason, Biohack Yourself approaches its coverage from a non-partisan perspective, focusing on the merit of ideas, scientific evidence, and outcomes rather than political alignment.

A defining characteristic of Biohack Yourself Media is its field journalism approach. Instead of operating solely from a traditional newsroom model, the platform works with a global network of health journalists, video journalists, contributors, and field correspondents who are closely connected to the subjects they cover. Many have personal or professional experience within the health, wellness, and longevity communities, creating a deeper level of curiosity and engagement in the stories being told.

Field journalists are trained to approach interviews and coverage with curiosity, respect, and solution-oriented storytelling designed for a broad audience. Reporting focuses on real-world health practices, emerging technologies, and the people working to improve human health in meaningful ways.

Today, Biohack Yourself Media operates as a multi-platform ecosystem that includes documentary films, print and digital editorial media, social media platforms, industry events, expert contributor networks, health innovation coverage, and founder storytelling. Through these platforms, audiences are introduced to the technologies, research, and individuals shaping the next generation of health science.

The field of human health and longevity is evolving at an unprecedented pace. New discoveries, new technologies, and new frameworks for understanding the human body continue to emerge every year. Biohack Yourself exists to document that progress, connect the people driving it, and make their work visible to a global audience.

What began as a filmmaking journey has grown into a media platform dedicated to one central belief: the future of health will be shaped by the people courageous enough to explore it, and their stories deserve to be told.

ABOUT THE FOUNDERS: ANTHONY LOLLI & TEREZA HAKOBYAN-LOLLI

Family.jpg

Long before Biohack Yourself became a global health media platform, Anthony Lolli and TereZa Hakobyan-Lolli were traveling the world with cameras, documenting the emerging frontier of human health.

Through years of documentary filmmaking with their production company, Lolli Brands Entertainment, as well as interviews and conversations with innovators across medicine, science, and technology, they began to uncover a remarkable global movement focused on improving human performance, longevity, and well-being. What they discovered was not only groundbreaking work, but a community of thinkers and builders whose ideas were rarely reaching the broader public.

Biohack Yourself Media was born from that discovery.

BIOHACK R LOGO-02.jpg

Anthony Lolli is an entrepreneur, real estate mogul, and founder and CEO of Lolli Brands Entertainment, an independent film studio whose productions have earned more than 59 international awards and secured distribution across major global streaming platforms. Before entering the film and media industry, Lolli built a highly successful real estate career, founding the Brooklyn-based brokerage Rapid Realty and growing it into one of the largest rental-focused real estate franchise networks in New York City.

Alongside Rapid Realty, he launched Express Real Estate School, an educational platform that has helped tens of thousands of students begin careers in the real estate industry. His success building businesses across brokerage, franchising, and education established him as a prominent entrepreneur long before his transition into film and media.

Lolli’s transition into film and media was driven by a personal turning point. After undergoing a dramatic weight-loss transformation that reshaped his health and lifestyle—documented in the series “From Fat Lolli to 6 Pack Lolli”—he developed a deep interest in human performance, longevity, and wellness, which ultimately led him to begin documenting these topics through film.

About Us.jpg

TereZa Hakobyan-Lolli serves as Vice President of Lolli Brands Entertainment and plays a central role in the company’s documentary productions and editorial initiatives. Born in Yerevan, Armenia, she built an early career in the arts as a singer, recording artist, and actress, gaining national recognition as a contestant on “Armenian Idol” before moving to the United States to pursue opportunities in entertainment and storytelling. She later trained in acting in New York and appeared in film and television projects while continuing to develop her work in media and production.

Her work in wellness media is also shaped by personal experience. After facing significant post-pregnancy health challenges, TereZa began a focused journey into fitness, recovery, and longevity, eventually becoming a two-time bikini world champion and a leading advocate for preventative health and biohacking. That transformation later inspired projects such as the series “The Super Lollis” and continues to influence the themes explored across the company’s documentaries and media platforms.

Anthony and TereZa’s work in film and media is also a family endeavor. Their children, Legend and Love Lolli, are emerging young actors who have appeared in film and television projects and are growing up in an environment where health, wellness, and personal development are central values.

About Founders Family.jpg

Through Lolli Brands Entertainment, Anthony and TereZa have produced a range of documentary films exploring health, science, and personal transformation. Their filmmaking approach centers on experiential storytelling, often following real-world journeys through medical procedures, scientific experimentation, and emerging health technologies as they unfold.

Together, Anthony and TereZa have spent years traveling internationally to interview physicians, scientists, entrepreneurs, and practitioners at the forefront of health research and innovation. These conversations have taken place in laboratories, clinics, conferences, film sets, and research institutions around the world.

Through hundreds of interviews and dozens of documentary productions, they observed a recurring challenge: groundbreaking work in health science often remained disconnected from the public conversation. Important discoveries and innovations were being developed, but the broader public rarely encountered them in ways that were accessible or engaging.

Biohack Yourself Media emerged as a response to that challenge.

The founders envisioned a platform that could document the evolving health movement while giving a voice to the people working within it. By combining documentary filmmaking, journalism, and global collaboration, Biohack Yourself was designed to bring together the leading voices in health and wellness in one place.

Anthony and TereZa’s leadership continues to guide the platform’s growth as it expands across multiple media formats, including documentaries, magazine publishing, digital media, and global health events. Their shared goal remains consistent: to create a platform where the most important conversations about human health, longevity, and performance can take place openly and responsibly.

Lolli + VIPs

Through Biohack Yourself Media, the Lollis have helped build a global community of experts and innovators committed to exploring how science, technology, and human curiosity can improve the future of health.

Their work reflects a belief that the story of human health is still being written, and that the people shaping that future deserve a platform where their ideas can be seen, understood, and shared with the world.

Interview Covarage.jpg

Biohack Yourself media is a visual depiction of ambition realized.

We use  documentaries as a form of self expression, as a means to communicate a truth or experience.

Very organically, documentary filmmaking came into our lives in a more professional capacity with requests from doctors, scientists and inventors needing us to communicate their science to the general public.

Going into this endeavor, we wanted to make sure we honored the topography of the existing regenerative medicine landscape and at the same time not squander the opportunity to create something new.

We had to be unabashed in our approach to this project and publicly admit we had health concerns. However, during the course of filming 113 interviews in 9 months, we became much more sensitive to the health problems and experiences of the people with pain to passion stories, which gave us a new perspective of what we were considering our “health crisis”. As the saying goes: “The man with no shoes felt bad for himself until he saw the man with no feet.”

Whilst our consumption of information, we recognized the need for accessible information to the unique support structures that currently exist in the wonderful world we discovered.

It’s an incredible cognitive lift to get things done. There are so many people who simply just cling to the problem and default to talking points on how they would solve it rather than roll up their sleeves and do the work it takes to build coalitions of support and people who are willing to compromise and move the ball.

We came across a lot of high level academia sitting in professorial seats, not behaving like professors or academicians.

To be fair, only a handful turned their noses up at participating in our documentaries because they didn’t want to be associated with what they called “pseudoscience influencers”. In our opinion, we noticed that there was an underlying secret professional jealousy mainly over someone with social media stature that they labeled as ”fringe.” This professional jealousy may be stemmed from their non ability to market and connect in the industry like others, or it's simply there for them to work out their personal insecurities.

To be clear, this excludes all of those who participated in our projects past, current and in pre production. These heroes were insanely cooperative and generous with their valuable time and information, yet none of them asked to be paid. In fact, they came to our set at their own expense and many from great distances to help spearhead this global life spanning and health spanning movement.

Nonetheless, we managed to weed through all of that and bring you the best of the best.

What’s necessary and currently absent is dissident scientists inside the university system, inside the research institutions, who question the status quo. If they do, they get tarred and feathered, so their default is to keep their head down and fall in line.

We were shocked to find out that some of the experts advertise a fake openness and are truly unaware of science history.

Take for example, George Green (the miller turned mathematician) had no formal education and was the first person to create a mathematical theory of electricity and magnetism and his theory formed the foundation for the work of other scientists.

Having said all of the above, this content is made by a family, to be consumed by other families all over the world. Our family likes to abide by the  principle laws of Lashon Hara.

The current policies and procedures in place are highly consequential and are impacting people’s lives at scale. However, it is not our place to condemn or criticize the powers in place, instead, we choose a more curious approach of seeking information and solutions with a positive focus on the future.

In places like the UAE, the publication of a defamatory statement is a criminal offense which in some cases lead to substantial fines and even imprisonment.

That being said we are all about full disclosure and everything in life has terms, conditions and consequences. We kindly ask that you read ours.

We feel beyond lucky to have the resources, contacts, capital and connections to be able to bring to you notable and credible figures and at the same time use this medium to introduce people, places and things who might have been overlooked, much like Einstein, born deformed, who would whisper sentences to himself softly making his parents think he had learning disabilities.

This man taught himself geometry at the age of 12, mastered calculus at the age of 15, but after graduating college he failed to land a job as a teacher and was rejected by all doctoral programs including failing the Zurich Polytechnic entrance exam.

So instead, he got a job as an assistant at a patent office and that gave him time to research scientific theories. He then developed the most famous equation shortly after and the unknown patent office assistant became world renowned.

If he submitted his work today, it would be called unconventional. This is why we created our own open and impartial peer review group, that will continue our work in bringing you the most innovative, vetted and verified voices.
