I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a deep-seated belief in the power of proactive health management. I follow and love biohacking because it encompasses the broader possibilities for humans today. Biohacking, at its core, is about making intentional, measurable changes to our environment, diet, and lifestyle to optimize performance and well-being. It’s a revolutionary message: we can take charge of our lives and self-learn how to enhance our health and well-being, rather than blindly following norms or being limited by outdated statistics.
Over the years, I've coached hundreds of people through various health challenges—from sleep issues and chronic stress to weight loss and digestion problems. My opening line to clients is always, “Tell me the self-care practices you did this week?” Unfortunately, the answer is often "none." This disconnect is precisely why my philosophy emphasizes that our first responsibility is to connect with our own state of mind and being, and prioritize self-care. The biohacking world accentuates this self-awareness and continuous improvement.
I also hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism from the University of Florida. As a published Health and Wellness Writer, I’ve written for top biohacking and health-related publications. I am always absorbing knowledge from industry leaders and through my formal training in Lifestyle Medicine and Biohacking Certification programs.
This ongoing education has helped me to better structure and integrate the physical, environmental, and mental aspects of health. I encourage people not to blindly follow the standard American culture that limits our potential.
My pursuit of knowledge in Lifestyle Medicine (through the American College of Lifestyle Medicine) focuses on evidence-based lifestyle practices as the primary determinant of health, aligning perfectly with biohacking modalities. The original six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine—nutrition, movement, sleep, stress reduction, avoidance of risky substances, and social connection—coincide seamlessly with the foundation of biohacking. Recently, two crucial new pillars were added: Nature as Medicine and Culinary Medicine. These are the key areas I believe doctors and practitioners need to focus on more intensely to address the root causes of disease, rather than just the symptoms.

Beyond lifestyle health, my passion and strength ultimately lie in helping people expand their minds to what’s possible. Biohack Yourself Media represents an ecosystem I align with, which is why I am so excited to contribute to this platform. I relate to the players in this field, and I know how to promote and describe brands, practitioners, and messages that align with the core biohacking premise. We all challenge the status quo.
On a personal note, I live a lifestyle centered around foundational hacks. My favorite "biohacks" are simple and nature-based—sunlight exposure to regulate my circadian rhythm, time spent near the ocean, natural light and air, grounding (earthing), whole foods nutrition, consistent sleep hygiene, sweating for detox, movement, and mindfulness. These are the basics and the foundational starting point from which all further, more advanced biohacks grow.

Recently, I have dug deeper into Energy and Frequency modalities to charge my cells and increase my cellular voltage through PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy), The Light System, Biocharger, BrainTap, and Red Light therapy. I also love the benefits of sauna therapy for detoxification and heat shock proteins.
Ultimately, biohacking inspires me on a mental, psychological, and emotional level and connects me with a like-minded demographic that shares a similar consciousness. It takes one to know one in this field, and I've found my place here. It is a world of shared, empowering belief systems that enhances life in a way that nothing else has!
Let’s go!
