FROM WALL STREET TO WELLNESS
Meet the Ex-Banking Executives Behind Miami’s Most Empowering IV Spa
COURTNEY MCGEE
2025

Jeannie Marmol and Delfina Correia were once high-powered executives in Manhattan’s banking world, commanding boardrooms and building financial empires. Today, they’re commanding a different kind of power—one rooted in healing, community, and purpose—as the co-founders and co-owners of MyIVSpa in Miami, Florida. The duo is on a mission to make cutting-edge biohacking therapies accessible, especially for the Latino community.
The two powerhouses shared their journey in an interview with TereZa Hakobyan-Lolli and Anthony Lolli, Editors-in-Chief of longevity and wellness platform Biohack Yourself, for the influential upcoming women’s health documentary, “sHEALed.” “We went from managing millions to managing mitochondria,” laughs Jeannie. “But honestly, this is the most rewarding work we’ve ever done.”
Their transformation from finance to functional wellness isn’t just a career pivot—it’s a deeply personal, purpose-driven response to pain, loss, and a yearning to bring real solutions to underserved populations.
The sHEALed Documentary is the sister documentary to Biohack Yourself, which became a massive success after exploding on the scene in December 2024 and ignited a firestorm of interest in information focused on health and longevity. Biohack Yourself features 114 prominent and respected high-profile politicians, doctors, bestselling authors, Ph.D.s, M.D.s, scientists, chemists, inventors, biotech investors, and world-renowned academics. Stemming from the success of Biohack Yourself, TereZa Hakobyan-Lolli and Anthony Lolli have grown Biohack Yourself Media to become the number one resource for health news, publishing over 500 articles ranging from breaking news to peer reviewed content.
A Pain-to-Purpose Journey
Delfina’s journey began with a devastating diagnosis: thyroid cancer. After multiple surgeries and radiation, she discovered IV therapy through a holistic nurse who suggested that vitamin deficiencies might be contributing to her illness.
“It was life-changing,” Delfina recalls. “IV therapy became part of my healing and prevention strategy for over a decade.”
Jeannie’s path was no less compelling. After her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer, a nurse recommended IV vitamin therapy to help with recovery during chemo. The results were undeniable—her mother felt stronger, recovered faster, and became a vocal advocate for the therapy.
But it was the COVID-19 pandemic that ultimately pushed Jeannie out of banking. The stress took a massive toll—her daughter fell into a deep depression, loved ones died, and Jeannie herself became mysteriously ill.
“I went to 14 doctors. They thought it was leukemia or lupus. No one could give me answers,” she says. “Until I listened to my body and realized I needed a radical lifestyle change.”
She uprooted her life, moved her family to Miami, and everything shifted. Bloodwork normalized. Energy returned. The banker had become the healer.

The Birth of My IV Spa
With their backgrounds in finance and wellness now colliding, Delfina and Jeannie launched MyIVSpa Located in River Landing, Miami, their center offers much more than vitamin drips. It’s a hub for personalized wellness, biohacking, and community connection.
“We’re not just an IV spa. We’re a healing space—a place to get recharged, re-educated, and reconnected,” says Delfina.
Their offerings include:
Customized IV therapy
Hormone and vitamin testing
Hydrogen inhalation therapy
Red light therapy
CBD infusions
NAD+ for energy and anti-aging
But the real secret sauce is their commitment to personalization.
“This isn’t one-size-fits-all. We test, we assess, we customize,” Jeannie says. “That’s our finance training coming through—we don’t just guess. We execute.”
A Biohacking Gateway for Beginners
For many, the term “biohacking” evokes images of elite, tech-savvy men in Silicon Valley. Jeannie and Delfina are changing that narrative.
“We’re are women in our 40s and 50s who had never even heard the word ‘biohacking’ four years ago,” says Delfina. “Now we live it—and we’re bringing it to our community.”
They’ve built their spa to be welcoming and unintimidating. Clients can walk in for a quick energy boost or spend an hour learning about hormone balance, inflammation, and emotional health.
“We’re not here to sell a protocol. We’re here to build relationships,” Jeannie says. “We want people to feel like they’re part of something—because they are.”
Targeting the Health Crisis in the Latino Community
The mission is deeply rooted in culture and representation. Through their growing platform, Biohacking Chicas (https://www.instagram.com/biohackingchicas) , the duo aims to educate and empower Latinos and under representative groups with tools to break generational health patterns.
“In our culture, there’s a belief that if your mom had high blood pressure, then you’re just destined to have it too,” says Jeannie. “But that’s not true. It’s not just genetics—it’s lifestyle, food, and stress.”
Delfina adds, “We’re seeing women in their 20s with severe vitamin D deficiencies, hormone imbalances, and fatigue. And they don’t even realize they can fix it—quickly and naturally.”
Their solution? Bring the science to the people. Simplify the language. Make wellness inviting, not overwhelming.
“We’re women who get it,” Jeannie says. “We’ve lived through the pain. Now we’re helping others heal faster than we did.”

Community is the Catalyst
My V Spa isn’t just a place to get healthier—it’s a place to belong. The founders host regular events, workshops on hormone health and longevity, and networking mixers where guests can meet other wellness seekers.
“Even if it’s just coming for a Cuban coffee, we want you to feel like you’re part of something bigger,” Delfina says.
They’ve also launched plans for a 2026 Biohacking Conference in Miami—tailored specifically for the Latino community.
“There’s so much happening in the wellness world. But it’s not reaching our communities fast enough,” says Jeannie. “We’re going to change that.”

Action Items for Better Health
Whether you’re near Miami or watching from afar, the MyIVSpa founders offer simple, high-impact steps you can take today:
Get tested: Don’t guess your vitamin or hormone levels. Personalized data is the foundation of effective wellness.
Consider IV therapy: Especially if you’re dealing with gut issues, fatigue, or chronic illness. IVs bypass the digestive system, delivering nutrients directly to your cells.
Look at your lifestyle: Cut down processed foods, manage stress, and reduce toxic load—from perfumes to cleaning supplies.
Join a community: Follow educational platforms like Biohacking Chicas and find others walking the same path.
Question the status quo: If your doctor dismisses your symptoms, find another opinion. You are your best advocate.
Believe you can change: You’re not stuck. Your genes are not your destiny. Your story is still being written.
A Message to Women Everywhere
As stars in the upcoming women’s health documentary sHEALed, Jeannie and Delfina hope their story will resonate with anyone feeling lost, dismissed, or exhausted.
“We’re proof that you can change your life completely,” Delfina says. “You don’t have to be a doctor. You don’t need permission. You just need purpose.”
Jeannie echoes the sentiment: “If you’re in pain, that’s your body trying to talk to you. Listen. Pivot. Heal. And then help someone else do the same.”
