In the world of self-development, few figures exude as much clarity, conviction, and charisma as Regan Hillyer — a globally renowned mindset coach, entrepreneur, best-selling author, and spiritual mentor known to many as “The Manifesting Queen.” With a reach spanning continents and a client list that includes high performers, thought leaders, and everyday women seeking to reclaim their power, Hillyer is redefining success by teaching that you really can have it all — without trading one part of your life for another.

“It’s not about becoming someone you’re not,” she says. “It’s about returning to the essence of who you are — and your natural state is abundance, joy, and freedom.”

Hillyer sat down with TereZa Hakobyan-Lolli and Anthony Lolli, Editors-in-Chief of longevity and wellness platform Biohack Yourself, for an interview for the influential upcoming women’s health documentary, “sHEALed,” and opened up about her personal journey, her unique energetic architecture method, and how she helps women globally shift out of scarcity and into alignment with their highest potential. Her message is as transformative as it is timely: you are your own architect — and your dream life begins within.

The sHEALed Documentary is the sister documentary to Biohack Yourself, which became a massive success after exploding on the scene in December 2024 and ignited a firestorm of interest in information focused on health and longevity. Biohack Yourself features 114 prominent and respected high-profile politicians, doctors, bestselling authors, Ph.D.s, M.D.s, scientists, chemists, inventors, biotech investors, and world-renowned academics. Stemming from the success of Biohack Yourself, TereZa Hakobyan-Lolli and Anthony Lolli have grown Biohack Yourself Media to become the number one resource for health news, publishing over 500 articles ranging from breaking news to peer reviewed content.

From Architect to Architect of the Soul

Born and raised in New Zealand, Hillyer’s path wasn’t always clear. In fact, she began her career studying architecture — not out of passion, but to please her family. It wasn’t until a classroom visualization exercise at age 17 that her world changed.

“Everyone was excited about their future as architects. I closed my eyes and saw my worst-case scenario,” she recalls. “That was the moment I knew I was on the wrong path.”

Determined to carve her own journey, she dove headfirst into personal development. “I just wanted to be happy,” she says. What followed was a decade-long journey of study, self-inquiry, and spiritual awakening that would lead to her founding one of the most recognized global brands in mindset mastery and manifestation.

Energetic Architecture: Manifesting with Precision

At the core of Hillyer’s work is a method she created called energetic architecture — a system that helps people rewire their energetic field and thought patterns to align with the frequency of their desires.

“Everything we do and don’t have in life, we’ve manifested — consciously or unconsciously,” she says. “The first step to changing your reality is taking radical responsibility for it.”

Unlike mainstream versions of the Law of Attraction, which can feel vague or overly reliant on positive thinking, Hillyer’s approach blends energy work, neuroscience, and quantum principles to produce results that are measurable and sustainable. She teaches that manifestation is 80% inner work and 20% action — a recalibration of one’s internal landscape to become a vibrational match for the desired outcome.

Feel First, Then Manifest

One key distinction in Hillyer’s methodology is the emphasis on feeling — not just thinking — your way into alignment.

“Affirmations won’t work if you’re not embodying the emotion behind them,” she explains. “You can say ‘I love money’ all day long, but if you don’t feel worthy or abundant, it’s not going to show up.”

She describes how many women unconsciously manifest from a place of fear, trauma, or societal conditioning. That’s why clarity is the first step in her process.

“You must get radically clear on your vision — not the one society gave you, or your family expects of you — but your soul’s vision,” she says. “Then, you align your emotions, energy, and actions with that vision.”

Writing as a Tool for Transformation

Hillyer is a strong advocate for scripting and journaling as tools to anchor manifestation into reality.

“I’ve written so much of my life into existence,” she says. “There’s something powerful about picking up a pen, moving your body, and writing as if it’s already done. It puts you in the vibration of already having it.”

She encourages clients to avoid future-oriented language like “I hope” or “one day,” and instead write in the present tense: “I am so happy and grateful now that…”

This practice, she says, bends time and space — collapsing future possibilities into the now.

Healing Comes First

While manifestation is a powerful tool, Hillyer acknowledges that true transformation requires healing — physical, emotional, and energetic.

“You can’t manifest clearly if your system is overloaded — with toxins, trauma, or toxic relationships,” she says. “Your biology, your environment, your energy — they all play a role.”

She emphasizes that unresolved emotional pain, brain fog, and even environmental toxins can block the flow of manifestation. In her work, these blocks are not just addressed — they’re cleared.

“What determines how fast you manifest isn’t the vision — it’s what’s in the way. Fear, self-doubt, toxic environments — that’s the drag on your speed.”

High-Level Manifestation Without Burnout

With millions of followers, speaking engagements around the world, and multiple business ventures including a non-toxic laundry line, a conscious diamond jewelry brand, and a sustainable swimwear label, Hillyer embodies the idea of “having it all.” But even she admits that balance takes conscious effort.

“I’ve learned to say no,” she says. “Not every opportunity is aligned. I check every offer, every event against my soul’s vision. If it’s not a ‘hell yes,’ it’s a no.”

To stay grounded, she builds space for both intensity and recovery. “After a back-to-back event schedule, I’ll unplug completely — go off-grid in Costa Rica or Bali. It’s how I reset.”

She credits her routines — daily rituals, hydration, nourishing food, and regular energy work — as essential to maintaining flow without burning out.

Action Steps for Manifesting with Regan Hillyer’s Method

Ready to step into your dream life? Here are Regan’s top recommendations:

  1. Clarify Your Vision
Ask: “What does my soul want to create?” Go big. Go raw. Don’t filter through society’s expectations.

  2. Write It Down
Script your vision in the present tense. “I am so grateful now that…” and feel it as you write it.

  3. Address Your Inner Blocks
Whether it’s trauma, toxins, limiting beliefs, or poor health — identify and release what’s in the way.

  4. Feel It First
Tune into the frequency of your goal. Practice feeling abundant, joyful, and fulfilled before the result shows up.

  5. Say No to What’s Not Aligned
Protect your time and energy. Ask: “Is this aligned with my soul’s vision?”

  6. Blend Spirituality with Structure
Use rituals and practical tools. But let intuition guide your strategy.

  7. Trust the Process
Let go of attachment. “You already chose this vision. Now surrender the how and let it flow,” she says.

The Feminine Advantage in Manifestation

When asked if manifestation work is especially essential for women, Hillyer doesn’t hesitate.

“Women are biologically designed to create — we literally have a womb of creation,” she says. “When we tune into that, our power is limitless.”

She believes that when women step into abundance — mentally, emotionally, financially — they elevate not just themselves, but their families, communities, and the planet.

“Women are wired to lead — from the heart, from intuition, from alignment. When we stop playing small, the whole world shifts.”

You Can Have it All

Regan Hillyer offered a powerful call to action for women everywhere: “You don’t need to trade one part of your life for another. You can have the health, the wealth, the freedom, the love, the purpose — all of it. And it starts by choosing to believe that it’s possible. That you are worthy. That you already are her.”
