LATEST STORIES

Carrie Drinkwine, owner and CEO of the Institute of Regenerative Health and Wise Wellness LLC, is a leading voice in holistic health and wellness. Her journey from personal health struggles to becoming a global educator has inspired countless individuals to take control of their well-being. Drinkwine sat down with TereZa Hakobyan-Lolli and Anthony Lolli, Editors-in-Chief of longevity and wellness platform Biohack Yourself, for an interview for the influential upcoming women’s health documentary, “sHEALed,” to share insights on regenerative health, the power of detoxification, and how women can reclaim their vitality.

The sHEALed Documentary is the sister documentary to Biohack Yourself, which became a massive success after exploding on the scene in December 2024 and ignited a firestorm of interest in information focused on health and longevity. Biohack Yourself features 114 prominent and respected high-profile politicians, doctors, bestselling authors, Ph.D.s, M.D.s, scientists, chemists, inventors, biotech investors, and world-renowned academics. Stemming from the success of Biohack Yourself, TereZa Hakobyan-Lolli and Anthony Lolli have grown Biohack Yourself Media to become the number one resource for health news, publishing over 500 articles ranging from breaking news to peer reviewed content.

A Personal Health Crisis Becomes a Mission

Drinkwine’s path to health advocacy began with her own battle against chronic illness. "At 30, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, fibromyalgia, early-onset lupus, and unexplained infertility," she revealed. "My husband and I had suffered five miscarriages, and I knew something was deeply wrong with my body."

Despite having a background in health coaching and nutrition, Drinkwine realized that conventional wisdom wasn’t enough. "I thought I understood health, but clearly, I was missing something. My diagnoses forced me to question everything I had been taught."

Within five to six months of implementing regenerative detoxification principles, she reversed her conditions. "I had no detectable antibodies, no signs of autoimmune disease. That transformation ignited my passion for helping others achieve the same results."

The Power of Regenerative Health

Drinkwine’s philosophy centers around three key pillars:

  1. Cellular Energy Optimization: "Fatigue and disease start at the cellular level. When mitochondria are underpowered, the body cannot heal."

  2. Detoxification: "The terrain around our cells matters more than genetics. A toxic environment leads to illness, but a clean internal environment fosters healing."

  3. Nutrient Replenishment: "Once the body is cleansed, it must be properly nourished with high-quality nutrients to maintain health."

She emphasizes that modern lifestyles expose individuals to unprecedented levels of toxins. "We need to stop thinking of health as just diet and exercise. The chemicals in our food, water, and air are disrupting our bodies in ways we don’t realize."

Women’s Health: Why Women Are More Impacted

According to Drinkwine, women face unique health challenges due to their hormonal and emotional makeup. "Women are caregivers, nurturers, and often internalize stress. This emotional burden manifests physically, leading to digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, and chronic fatigue."

She also highlights how conventional medicine often fails women. "Birth control is prescribed as a Band-Aid for everything from acne to menopause symptoms. But instead of addressing root causes, it creates deeper imbalances."

Another significant issue is infertility and reproductive health. "We are the creators of future generations. Yet, women are being put on synthetic hormones that disrupt their bodies and fertility. We need a radical shift toward true healing."

From Infertility to Motherhood

Despite being told she would never have children, Drinkwine now has five children. "Two of them were conceived after I was diagnosed with infertility. They are my proof that regenerative health works."

Her experience fuels her passion for educating others. "Women need to know that suffering is optional. We do not have to accept chronic disease and declining health as inevitable."

Transforming Education: The Institute of Regenerative Health

Drinkwine’s Institute of Regenerative Health offers in-depth training for individuals seeking to understand cellular health and holistic healing. "This is not just another health coaching program. Our graduates become certified regenerative health practitioners with expertise far beyond traditional models."

The program covers:

  • Detoxification & Cellular Health

  • Microbiome & Gut Health

  • Emotional Wellness & Trauma Healing

  • Holistic Hormone Balancing

  • Advanced Nutritional Science

It also includes a business module to help practitioners succeed. "We provide a complete business system—website templates, CRM tools, and automated courses—so graduates can launch their practice immediately."

Empowering Everyday Women

For those not seeking certification, Drinkwine offers DIY health courses through Wise Wellness LLC. "We have programs for detoxing, longevity, autoimmune healing, and even raising healthy children. My goal is to make health education accessible to all."

Her Raising Healthy Kids program is particularly popular among parents. "Children today are facing unprecedented health challenges. This course helps parents nourish their kids properly, support gut health, and reduce exposure to harmful toxins."

Health & Biohacking: Tools for Longevity

Drinkwine incorporates cutting-edge biohacking tools into her wellness clinic. "We use red light therapy, PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field therapy), and lymphatic drainage machines to accelerate healing. But these are secondary to diet and lifestyle changes."

She stresses the importance of light exposure: "Healthy cells glow. You can literally see the difference in live blood analysis. Increasing biophotonic light through sun exposure, red light therapy, and proper nutrition is key to longevity."

“Suffering is Optional”

Drinkwine’s ultimate message is simple but powerful: "Suffering is optional."

She urges women to challenge the conventional narrative about aging and disease. "We don’t have to accept that we will get older, gain weight, and feel worse. We can actually reverse the biological clock and thrive at any age."

Her advice for women:

  1. Take ownership of your health: "Doctors don’t always have the answers. Educate yourself and advocate for your well-being."

  2. Prioritize detoxification: "The modern world is toxic. Supporting your body’s natural detox processes is essential."

  3. Nourish your mitochondria: "Energy is the foundation of health. If you feel tired, your cells are starving for proper support."

  4. Honor your emotions: "Unprocessed trauma and stress manifest as disease. Healing is as much emotional as it is physical."

  5. Trust your body: "Your body was designed to heal. Given the right environment, it will regenerate itself."

Looking to the Future: Merging Western & Preventative Medicine

Drinkwine hopes to see systemic change in healthcare. "We need to merge preventative and Western medicine. Doctors should be trained in nutrition and cellular health, not just pharmaceuticals."

She also believes in insurance reform. "People should be able to use their insurance for holistic practitioners, not just conventional doctors. Right now, many are forced into medication-based treatments because that’s all insurance covers. That needs to change."

Lastly, she is passionate about transforming school nutrition. "The processed foods we feed kids are setting them up for disease. We need organic, whole-food-based meals in schools. And we need to teach children about real health—not just memorizing outdated food pyramids."

The Future of Women's Health

Drinkwine sees a future where women are empowered to heal themselves. "When you understand your body, you stop feeling like a victim of your symptoms. Instead, you take charge of your health and your future."

She envisions a world where regenerative health is the norm. "Our bodies were designed to thrive. It’s time to stop accepting disease as normal and start living in alignment with how we were meant to function."

Through her work at the Institute of Regenerative Health and Wise Wellness LLC, Carrie Drinkwine is leading a revolution—one where women reclaim their vitality, longevity, and well-being.
