Shelbi Byrnes is a confidence coach, entrepreneur, speaker, and the founder of Confidently Crowned, a faith-rooted mentorship program that helps women break free from self-doubt and step boldly into their God-given identity. She is also the CEO of Meant Management, a talent and modeling agency dedicated to empowering creatives through purpose-driven representation.

A former elite track athlete, Shelbi competed at the Junior Olympics in the 400m hurdles and carries that same grit and discipline into every arena of her life—from sports and stage to business and mentorship. She currently holds the title of Miss Cuba for Miss International, using her platform to advocate for mental health awareness, mindset transformation, and sustainable confidence.
