Biological Dentist • Founder of Biodentistry 3.0 • Author of It’s All In Your Mouth

• Global Health Educator

Dr. Dominik Nischwitz, known globally as Dr. Dome, has built his reputation as one of the foremost leaders in biological dentistry and ceramic implantology. As the founder of Biodentistry 3.0, his work redefines the role of dentistry by addressing the hidden oral conditions that drive chronic inflammation and systemic illness.

With thousands of ceramic implants placed and a bestselling book, “It’s All In Your Mouth,” Dr. Dome has become a driving force for change in both clinical practice and patient education.

That mission now extends to the screen through “Bye Ol’ Dentistry,” the new Lolli Brands Entertainment documentary exposing the health risks of outdated dental practices while showcasing biological dentistry as the future of oral care. The film brings forward patient stories, cutting-edge science, and the insights of global experts, like Dr. Nischwitz, to demonstrate how oral health is inseparable from systemic wellness. Designed not just for professionals but for patients, policymakers, and the public, the documentary makes a powerful case for dentistry as a cornerstone of long-term health and prevention.

Dr. Dome’s Vision for Systemic Health

Dr. Dome’s a world leader in biological dentistry, ceramic implantology, and functional health integration. He is the founder of Biodentistry 3.0 and the creator of the Biodentistry Global Standard (BGS), a clinical and educational system designed to address the root causes of inflammation, fatigue, brain fog, and systemic dysfunction. Starting in the mouth.

Dr. Dome believes most chronic health issues are driven by overlooked oral health conditions, including hidden infections, toxic metals, and outdated procedures like root canals. His approach merges cutting-edge biological dentistry and functional medicine into a high-performance health model that supports every pillar of well-being, empowers patients to take ownership of their health, and goes far beyond just treating symptoms.

He has placed over 5,000 ceramic implants to date and, in 2015, co-founded the DNA Health & Aesthetics Center for Biological Dentistry in Tübingen, Germany. He currently trains practitioners worldwide through his Institute of Biological Dentistry and serves as Vice President of the International Society for Metal Free Implantology (ISMI).

“It’s All In Your Mouth” Becomes a Global Standard

He is the author of “It’s All In Your Mouth,” a bestselling book that has become a global reference for patients and practitioners seeking a deeper understanding of oral-systemic health. Through global speaking engagements, online education, and his BGS certification, Dr. Dome is scaling a future where dentists serve as whole-body health architects, so patients know where to go for their health journey and get a real biological dentist who works on the recognized standard.

Amplifying a Mission for Prevention and Empowerment

Dr. Nischwitz chose to be part of the documentary "Bye Ol’ Dentistry" to amplify his mission—transforming the role of the dentist into a health expert and setting a worldwide standard in biological dentistry. By sharing his vision, he hopes to inspire both patients and practitioners to rethink the true impact of oral health on the entire body. For him, the documentary is not only about dentistry, but about sparking a movement that shifts the profession toward prevention, empowerment, and long-term health for future generations.

“Bye Ol’ Dentistry” is more than a documentary—it is a global movement challenging outdated practices and positioning biological dentistry as the standard for a healthier future. By combining patient stories, scientific evidence, and the insights of pioneering practitioners, the film delivers a powerful message: oral health is the foundation of systemic wellness, and true healing begins in the mouth.

Dr. Dominik Nischwitz’s inclusion in this project reflects his lifelong mission to elevate dentistry into a cornerstone of whole-body health. As a leader, educator, and innovator, he brings authority and urgency to a conversation the world can no longer ignore. Through the film, Dr. Dome’s vision of prevention, empowerment, and lasting vitality reaches beyond clinics and classrooms—sparking change that has the potential to transform how both patients and practitioners view the future of healthcare.
