The platform works with many of the devices people already use, including Oura Ring, Whoop, Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, and Samsung Galaxy Watch.
On the thermostat side, CircadiaOS supports more than twenty smart thermostat models, including Nest, Ecobee, and Honeywell systems.
For people who live in apartments, compatibility depends on whether they have direct control over their thermostat. If they do, CircadiaOS can generally be integrated just as it would in a traditional home environment.
Users also maintain full control. Temperature schedules can be manually adjusted, overridden, or paused at any time through the app.
