I am deeply passionate about wellness, personal growth, and inspiring others to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. My journey into the world of health and well-being began with a personal desire to not only improve my own lifestyle, but also to create opportunities for others to thrive in theirs. Over time, this passion grew into a mission: to help individuals discover tools, communities, and resources that empower them to take charge of their health.
One of the ways I have worked to bring this mission to life is through founding a wellness marketplace. This initiative was created with the vision of making wellness more accessible while simultaneously uplifting local communities. By connecting people with products, services, and experiences rooted in health and vitality, I sought to create a space where both consumers and small businesses could flourish together. Supporting local communities was a cornerstone of this project—because I believe that health is not just an individual journey, but something that thrives when nurtured collectively.
For me, wellness is about more than physical health—it encompasses mental clarity, emotional balance, and a sense of connection to the world around us. I have always been fascinated by how small, consistent habits can create powerful ripple effects in our lives. Whether through nutrition, movement, mindfulness, or supportive community, I believe that everyone has the potential to cultivate a healthier lifestyle, no matter where they are starting from. My work and personal interests are devoted to sharing this belief and inspiring others to take steps toward their own transformation.

Inspiring others through holistic wellness solutions
Outside of my professional endeavors, I live this philosophy in my daily life. I am very active and enjoy a variety of activities that connect me with both my body and the natural world. Swimming has always been a grounding and energizing practice for me, offering both strength and peace in the rhythm of the water. Running provides another outlet—a way to challenge myself physically while also clearing my mind and finding new perspectives. Hiking, perhaps my favorite activity, allows me to combine movement with my love of the outdoors. Being in nature reminds me of the importance of slowing down, breathing deeply, and appreciating the beauty and balance that surrounds us.
These activities are more than hobbies—they are essential parts of my wellness journey. They remind me that health is not a destination, but an ongoing practice, one that evolves and deepens as we grow. By sharing my love of movement and the outdoors, I hope to encourage others to discover forms of activity that not only strengthen the body, but also uplift the spirit.

Joining the peer review team at Biohack Yourself is a natural extension of my passion and purpose. I am excited to contribute my voice and perspective to a community that values innovation, wellness, and the pursuit of human potential. I see peer review as a vital role in ensuring that knowledge shared within our community is both credible and impactful. My background in wellness entrepreneurship gives me a unique appreciation for both evidence-based practices and the real-life challenges people face when integrating new approaches into their daily lives. By combining critical thinking with compassion, I aim to support the development of resources that are trustworthy, practical, and transformative.
At its heart, my journey has always been about connection: connecting individuals to their own potential, connecting communities to the resources they need, and connecting wellness professionals to opportunities to make a difference. I believe that when we come together with shared values and a genuine desire to help others, we create not only healthier individuals but also stronger, more resilient communities.
