Rolando Emanuel Perez Talavera is a God-first builder who moved from the heat of professional kitchens to the craft of brand development and human connection. Raised in Islote 681, Arecibo, Puerto Rico, he learned early that discipline, humility, and service are not slogans; they are ways of living. Today, with Biohack Yourself, he brings this mindset to amplifying meaningful wellness stories and aligning them with people who can benefit. Rolando’s path is not straight or polished. He studied microbiology for a year and a half, then marketing for another year and a half in Puerto Rico, and he did not graduate from either program. The lessons were still real: curiosity matters, science and storytelling both shape behavior, and service holds them together. During those years, he wrestled and practiced Brazilian jiu-jitsu on scholarship and volunteered with MEDLIFE, seeing how small acts of care can scale into real impact.
After school, he committed fully to the culinary world, graduating from Escuela Hotelera de San Juan as a Culinary Arts Specialist. He worked across food cultures and formats, from fast food to fine dining to Michelin settings, and served as a lead sushi chef at Nobu. Kitchens taught him many things he still uses to this day. The experience hardened his attention to detail, his respect for time, and his belief that craft is built one decision at a time. That operating system now powers his work at Biohack Yourself. Rolando took a leap of faith, literally, trusting God to guide the jump from chef to sales development. He believes in building systems that make excellence repeatable without killing heart or authenticity. He frames each day around service, learning, and follow-through. When life resists, he leans on resilient habits, steady prayer, and the next right action. He treats adversity as a classroom and progress as proof that faith plus work changes outcomes.

Strength Through Sport
Wrestling and jiu-jitsu shaped Rolando’s discipline and resilience.
Why Biohack Yourself? Because he believes in the mission and the momentum. Rolando saw in Anthony Lolli the same hunger he tries to live with: add value, move fast, and help people win. Biohack Yourself's ecosystem, story, media, and community felt like the right arena to scale service with integrity. Rolando’s commitment is simple: show that with faith, work, and focused generosity, seemingly impossible goals become practical paths. He aligns his daily actions with that aim. Rolando’s philosophy is straightforward. Honor God. Respect people. Do the hard things first. Keep promises small and keep them always. Replace ego with curiosity. Build long-term outcomes by creating value, not by chasing shortcuts. He learns daily, books, podcasts, and lectures, and curates a personal mastermind that pushes him to be sharper, kinder, and braver. Humility and gratitude stay at the center because both keep him coachable.

Outside the workday, Rolando keeps simple structures: morning gratitude, gym, reading, and quiet time. He tracks what matters and cuts what does not. He wants his life to be useful and his work to be a blessing to others. The same playbook shows up with Biohack Yourself: small, consistent actions, measured honestly, improved weekly. He believes greatness is a deep journey of self-discovery and self-development. It is showing up, serving value, and being consistent when nobody is watching. It is protecting the variables under his control and releasing the rest. He holds a personal standard that he is 700 percent responsible for what happens in his life, accountable for his mindset, effort, and the quality of service he brings to the room. The result he wants most is simple: people helped, brands clarified, and teams that feel momentum.

Roots in Nature
Puerto Rico’s coast taught him humility, balance, and respect.
Rolando’s background equips him to bridge worlds. The discipline of culinary arts, the lens of science and marketing, the volunteer work that reframed need and dignity, and a daily practice of faith all converge in his approach. He listens carefully, translates complexity into clear next steps, and values relationships that outlast any single project. He believes reputation is earned by the way you treat people when there is nothing to gain. In a growing ecosystem like Biohack Yourself, that posture matters. Partners want clarity, audience trust, and consistent execution. Rolando brings a steadiness shaped by years of high-pressure service and a conviction that real value compounds. He is not interested in noise. He is interested in building momentum that can be felt by customers, teams, and communities.
Rolando is that person, shaped by Puerto Rico, forged in kitchens, grounded in faith, and committed to adding genuine value wherever he serves. He believes the best way to honor his story is simple: trust God, do the work, and give more than he takes. That is how he wants to show up for Biohack Yourself, for its partners, and for the people whose lives can be improved by better health and honest storytelling. And he plans to keep learning.
