A best-selling author, speaker, and founder of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT), Ellyard has built a movement spanning 37 countries, representing 1,400 modalities, and uniting over 12,000 practitioners. Founded in 2002, IICT addressed a gap in professional infrastructure for natural therapy practitioners. Ellyard holds a Master’s in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology and previously served as Director of the International Institute for Reiki Training. He is a 4th Dan Black Belt in Aikido, a discipline that informs his calm yet decisive approach to leadership.
