Klaudia Balogh is a broadcast journalist specializing in health and longevity storytelling. Amidst an industry overflowing with extremes from misinformation to health perfectionism, Klaudia helps others cut through the noise and untangle the truth. She advocates for curiosity and awareness, encouraging progress over perfection because no one should settle for feeling just “OK” or “fine” when they can feel “Damn Good.”

Originally from Hungary in Europe, Klaudia's health took a nosedive after moving to the U.S., and not because she changed her habits, but because everything around her changed. From food quality to environmental exposures, she felt the shift in her body before she had the science and awareness to explain it, let alone change it. That personal wake-up call lit the spark for what would become her life’s work: “helping people understand and optimize their health one story at a time.”

With both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in broadcast journalism—earned in the U.S. and the UK—Klaudia has spent over a decade covering health optimization, longevity, and science across Europe and America. Spanning the Blue Zones of Sardinia, the research hubs of London, and the biohacking playgrounds of Los Angeles, Miami, and Austin, Klaudia investigates what fuels healthspan and longevity, always chasing the “why” behind the latest headline and asking the tough questions others are too polite—or too paid—to probe.

Klaudia Balogh is a broadcast journalist specializing in health and longevity.

Klaudia grew up immersed in health tools like PEMF therapy, saunas, and supplements long before they were hashtag trends. She has the mindset that no one needs to be a scientist or have a degree in biology to live well. They just need good tools, better stories, and a willingness to rethink the status quo.

She loves taking dense scientific research and turning it into bite-sized, brain-tingling insights others can actually use. Whether she’s writing about the gut microbiome, brain health, GLP-1 drugs, or circadian rhythms, Klaudia dives deep, dissects the research, and interviews industry experts so her audience doesn’t have to. She translates the data into digestible nuggets, backed by science but built for real life.

What drives her is the belief that curiosity is the real catalyst for change. She doesn’t want to just inform people, she wants to light a fire in them. With curiosity comes courage, and when people feel empowered, they start taking control of their health.

Klaudia believes that building resilience beats chasing perfection every time. To her, being 90% healthy is about creating a strong foundation that can bend without breaking. It’s a body that adapts instead of crashes. A metabolism that doesn’t spiral because you had a slice of cake at your friend’s birthday. An immune system that can take a hit and bounce back when you travel across nine time zones without sidelining you for a week. A gut that doesn’t fall apart over one “off-plan” meal. Life will get messy, and that’s where the 10% buffer comes in handy, so resilience can carry you through. That’s exactly the premise behind her podcast “90% Healthy,” where she and her co-host help listeners go from feeling “fine” to “damn good” with 1% shifts, science-backed insights, bite-sized stories, and practical strategies.

Her work lives at the intersection of investigative journalism and holistic health, fueled by relentless curiosity and a bit of rebellious energy. Through her articles, interviews, and video storytelling, Klaudia is building a bridge between breakthrough science and everyday action, so her audience can stop feeling overwhelmed and start feeling “Damn Good.”

Klaudia loves working out and going on hikes.
