Jennifer Lopez is a dedicated holistic practitioner, coach, and advocate for natural health transformation, known for her unique combination of expertise and personal experience in the wellness space. Her own health journey, where she successfully transformed her life through biohacking, fuels her passion for these techniques and their potential to revolutionize longevity and well-being. This commitment, coupled with her deep knowledge and professional background, gives her the edge needed to be trusted on the peer review faculty for Biohack Yourself.
Her path has been shaped by overcoming significant health challenges, including past struggles with heroin addiction, alcoholism, and a severe autoimmune response due to gluten intolerance. Through dedicated strength training, mindful nutrition, and trauma-healing meditation, she biohacked her mind, body, and spirit, gaining first hand insight into the life-changing possibilities of natural health practices. She has been able to completely destroy the bonds of addiction in her life through holistic healing, never looking back.
Professionally, Jennifer has spent the last five years as a coach for Radical Body Transformations, an Amazon Prime series that evolved into a live transformation competition. During this time, she has guided over 100 clients from diverse backgrounds—including police officers, attorneys, and individuals honoring their ancestors through health—toward transformative wellness and fitness goals.
Her work on Radical Body Transformations (RBT) led to life-changing connections, including an appearance in the award-winning documentary From Fat Lolli to Six Pack Lolli: The Ultimate Transformation Story. As an RBT coach, she worked closely with Anthony Lolli, founder of Lolli Brands, whose dedication to health inspired her deeply. She witnessed Anthony and his wife Tereza compete in six consecutive bodybuilding shows, culminating at WBFF Worlds in Las Vegas. Jennifer also worked side by side with producers Anthony Lolli and James Hergott to build the RBT brand inspiring many more people to create health and wellness in their lives.
In April of 2024, Jennifer got an inside look at the Biohack Yourself series and attended the premiere of another Lolli Brands documentary, The Guru, which follows the inspiring story of Dr. George Farah. A bodybuilder and coach, Dr. Farah used biohacking through nutrition and habits to overcome stage 4 cancer. Today, he is her bodybuilding coach and an influential mentor, leading her to knowledge that has helped fortify her expertise. Team Farah is considered the world’s premier bodybuilding team, including many prolific athletes such as Dana Linn Bailey, Kai Greene and Ali Makki, just to name a few.

At The Guru premiere, Jennifer deepened her understanding of biohacking by speaking with industry experts and doctors. These connections inspired her greatly and she began collaborating with Dr. Mark Carney and Dr. Carly Letzt, who both star in Biohack Yourself. She now works alongside them at a state-of-the-art biohacking facility in Denver, and Dr. Carly is even one of her strength and conditioning clients.
Jennifer's practice emphasizes muscle development, movement, and nutrient-rich foods as the pillars of health, showing clients they can biohack themselves naturally without relying on excessive gadgets or supplements. Her approach is grounded in research indicating that maintaining muscle mass reduces mortality risk by 20-30%, underscoring the importance of these natural methods for achieving longevity. She often cites Dick Van Dyke, who, in his 90s, leapt onto Jimmy Fallon’s desk on the Tonight Show, attributing his agility to simply “keeping moving,” as an illustration of how daily movement supports vitality.
Her holistic practice also places a strong emphasis on optimizing hormonal health through targeted nutrition, daily habits, and exercise. By guiding clients to nourish themselves with balanced, nutrient-dense meals, she helps support hormonal balance and reduce inflammation. Her programs incorporate quality sleep, stress management, and consistent movement, which are essential for maintaining stable hormone levels. The exercise protocols she develops have been known to stimulate beneficial hormonal responses, supporting muscle growth, stress management, and long-term well-being.

In addition to her scientific approach, Jennifer incorporates holistic healing methods inspired by her mother’s teachings in herbal medicine, chakra healing, and meditation. This background allows her to help clients use a sound spiritual practice and other tools to help to regulate hormonal responses, enhance mental clarity, and align spiritually, using mind-body practices that reflect modern self-healing methods such as those popularized by Dr. Joe Dispenza.
She is also the Chief Creativity Officer and founder of Investment Warriors Club, a growing business dedicated to helping women succeed through mentorship and coaching. Until recently, Jennifer also was the studio manager at a boutique fitness studio in Littleton, CO. Her background in business and fitness studio management has strengthened her commitment to sharing practical, accessible wellness strategies with a broader audience.
As a mother of children ranging from 3 to 24, Jennifer is deeply invested in longevity and holistic health, not only for herself but as a legacy for her family. In addition to motherhood, Jennifer is a competitive bodybuilder, currently training with Dr. George Farah, a Quantum University graduate and renowned coach. After winning first place twice in her first competition, she continues to pursue bodybuilding as a testament to her dedication to strength and discipline. Her passion for mixed martial arts (MMA) further enhances her resilience and mental focus—qualities she brings to her holistic practice and every facet of her life.
