Jeannine TenCzar knows what it feels like to watch the people you love fight battles the healthcare system can't see or solve. Her journey from personal heartbreak to health-tech innovation began early and never let up.

The Tragedies That Shaped Her Mission

At just 11 years old, Jeannine watched her mother fight breast cancer---her first experience with the weight of a medical emergency. It wouldn't be her last. Growing up in multicultural Montgomery County, Maryland, she learned that strength comes from diversity, but also that some of the hardest struggles remain invisible.

Over the next two decades, Jeannine became her family's unofficial health detective. She watched loved ones face conditions like post-concussion syndrome, traumatic brain injury, schizophrenia, stroke, autism, Alzheimer's, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and chronic illness. The traditional healthcare system offered pieces of the puzzle, but never the full picture.

During the post-9/11 era, Jeannine served as a military spouse and family support co-leader. She witnessed the hidden costs of war: marriages strained by PTSD, families upended by invisible wounds, and heartbreaking moments where no one knew how to help.

Her breaking point came watching those she loved carry medical records in folders and boxes, repeat expensive tests, and get misdiagnosed or dismissed simply because their complete health story was scattered, inaccessible, or lost.

The Transformation: From Survivor to Solution-Builder

Rather than accept a broken system, Jeannine began what she now calls "accidental biohacking." She dove into research---nutrient deficiencies, brain scans, trauma therapy, holistic treatments---anything that might help. She learned to read complex reports, cross-reference studies, and advocate fiercely for her loved ones.

After years of family health struggles, Jeannine took part in a 2.5-year spiritual retreat in Israel that deepened her foundation. Through prayer, meditation, and connection, she came to believe that true healing requires both data and soul, science and spirit. Her personal pain revealed a larger purpose.

The Triumph: Creating the RadCard Revolution

Together with co-founders Mariah Caine and Georgette Muhammad, Jeannine TenCzar founded RadCareNETUSA Inc. and launched the RadCard™, a double-encrypted "Health Passport" that securely stores a complete record of someone's health journey. From MRIs and SPECT scans to mental health notes, nutrient panels, and holistic treatments, the RadCard™ keeps it all in one place—online or offline, even in emergencies.

The RadCard™ was built to solve the very problems she and her loved ones experienced: no more lost records, no more repeating expensive tests, no more doctors working blind to previous treatments. It's waterproof, FSA/HSA approved, and gives people complete control over their health data.

Her mission now includes partnering with health and human services agencies, hospital systems, insurance agencies, and health care providers to offer RadCards to all their members, expanding access through public health initiatives, and using her media platform to educate others about health data ownership and wellness empowerment.

The Mission: Turning Pain into Purpose

Today, Jeannine sees herself as a bridge between people and their care, between fragmented systems and whole-person healing. Her multicultural upbringing taught her the strength of unity in diversity. Her life experiences taught her that healing is more than recovery---it's remembering who you are and reclaiming your power.

Each RadCard™ represents not just innovation, but a quiet triumph over the helplessness she once felt and a promise that no one else should have to face medical emergencies alone, unheard, or unprepared.

She's not just building a business. She's rebuilding the system that failed the people she loved most.
