Jalen is a Michigan native with a deep passion for storytelling, mindfulness, and helping others
find peace in their daily lives. From a young age, he was fascinated by the human mind and the
way people process stress, emotions, and the chaos of everyday life. Over the years, this
curiosity led him down a personal path of healing and self-discovery. Like many people, Jalen
struggled with chronic insomnia—long nights filled with racing thoughts, physical tension, and
an overwhelming sense of restlessness. Traditional solutions didn’t work for him. Medications
felt like a temporary fix, and most advice didn’t reach the root of the issue.
Everything began to change when Jalen discovered Zen meditation. At first, it was difficult to sit
still and focus his mind. But with time, practice, and patience, he began to notice subtle shifts—deeper breathing, a quieter mind, and eventually, more restful sleep. What started as a personal coping strategy quickly became a lifestyle. Through regular meditation, intentional breathing, and a focus on the present moment, Jalen not only improved his sleep but also began to heal from long-standing anxiety and emotional imbalance.

Motivated by these transformative experiences, Jalen made it his mission to share what he learned with others. He now works to teach meditation and mindfulness techniques to people dealing with stress, depression, emotional dysregulation, and burnout. His approach is gentle, relatable, and rooted in lived experience. He knows what it feels like to hit emotional rock bottom—and he knows the way back up.

Jalen believes that healing doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, it’s as simple as sitting quietly for five minutes a day or choosing to eat food that energizes rather than drains. Jalen combines guided meditation, storytelling, and wellness strategies to empower people to take charge of their inner world.
