Hannah Halili's journey into biohacking began with her childhood dream of becoming a doctor. However, she quickly realized that traditional medicine was more focused on treating symptoms rather than finding the root cause of health issues. This realization, coupled with her own struggles with anxiety and gluten intolerance, inspired her to take control of her health in a different way.

Hannah’s experience with biohacking didn’t start in the medical field, but rather in media. She attended the University of South Florida, where she graduated with a degree in mass communications. Her time at USF allowed her to develop a wide range of skills that would prove essential in her career. From reporting and writing to social media management and video production, Hannah's portfolio grew exponentially. Her on-camera reporting as the lead anchor for Florida Focus aired in America’s 13th-largest media market, giving her significant exposure. In addition, she was the assistant sports editor for USF’s newspaper, where she covered high-profile events like multiple Super Bowls and even ran video production for ESPN+.

Despite this thriving media career, Hannah’s passion for health remained strong. She noticed a significant gap in reliable health information, particularly for her generation. Gen Z, known for its dependence on social media, often faces a barrage of misinformation about health and wellness. This is where Hannah saw an opportunity.

After experiencing misinformation firsthand, Hannah became determined to provide truthful, science-backed content on health, fitness, and biohacking. Her personal health challenges motivated her to dig deeper into understanding how diet, exercise, and lifestyle choices impact overall well-being. By prioritizing accuracy and credibility in the information she shares, Hannah believes she is now truly able to help people navigate their health journeys.
