My name is Andres Duran-Ballen Romero. I’m someone who believes in working hard and staying true to my word. Over the years, I’ve taken on different roles that have shaped who I am today. One of the experiences I’m most proud of was working as a Sales Coordinator at Constructora Prohorizon. There, I led a team of commercial advisors and helped manage projects that made a real difference in the local real estate market in Duran, Ecuador.
I also have strong experience in B2B sales and cold calling, managing full sales cycles across different industries, including working with US-based companies. I’ve learned to adapt quickly to new tools and systems like SAP, Habitanto, Hatch, ServiceMinder, and RingCentral to get the job done efficiently.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about staying active and spending time outdoors. I love working out, lifting weights, going on hiking trips, camping, skiing, and horseback riding whenever I can. These activities keep me grounded, focused, and always looking for the next challenge.
