Dr. Sean Drake's office, Athlete Chiropractic, is a hub of innovation, adorned with framed jerseys from the many professional athletes he treats. Specializing in optimizing athletic performance, Dr. Drake’s expertise extends to anyone seeking to enhance their health and longevity through biohacking.

Featured in the Biohack Yourself Documentary with Anthony Lolli, Dr. Drake's journey into biohacking began after a life-changing car accident in college. This event redirected his path from track and military aspirations to chiropractic care, deepening his understanding of cellular optimization and human performance. Integrating traditional chiropractic methods with cutting-edge biohacking techniques, Dr. Drake has developed a holistic approach that focuses on movement patterns, energy levels, and overall physiological state.

Dr. Drake emphasizes foundational habits such as meditation, breathwork, nutrition, and movement practices to sustain well-being. His practice incorporates advanced biohacking tools like PEMF therapy, red light therapy, and cold exposure to promote cellular repair, reduce inflammation, and balance hormones. His state-of-the-art equipment measures energy capacity and tailors treatment plans to each individual's needs.

"Number one, where's your lifestyle?" Dr. Drake asks in the Biohack Yourself Documentary, stressing the importance of daily habits. “What are you doing day to day? How are you waking up? Are you meditating? Are you breathing? Are you eating? Are you moving? Those are the first things that I ask all my patients. Then number two, have you had past trauma or any type of like history? That's the one thing that gets ignored. You know, we have all these falls, traumas, accidents, emotional things that have happened over the years.”

Dr. Drake’s approach includes a strong focus on anti-aging and longevity, key aspects of biohacking. "Longevity. And that's what we're about, right? So let's get these tools. Let's know what we need to use for our system. So that way, not only are we more efficient, we have the right amount of energy," he explains. His philosophy extends beyond athletes to individuals seeking vitality and longevity, promoting mindfulness and intention in daily life.

Nutrition is a cornerstone of Dr. Drake's methodology. "If you can fix your nutrition, you can probably fix 80% of the stuff in your life," he asserts. Dr. Drake emphasizes the importance of eating from natural sources, avoiding processed foods, and tailoring diets to individual needs. "Most of us aren't eating from the ground from the farm, it's all processed," he warns. His focus on holistic nutrition includes personalized advice based on blood work to identify deficiencies and optimize dietary choices.

Incorporating various biohacking modalities, Dr. Drake promotes the use of saunas, red light therapy, and cold plunges. "Number one, get a sauna. Like, get a home sauna. There's awesome portable ones out there. Obviously, there's more expensive ones. Number two, get a red light of some sort that's quality," he advises. He also stresses the importance of cold exposure for recovery and hormonal balance. "What it does is that when you get in the cold plunger, you get into a direct cold exposure consistently, it allows your cortisol to drop. It increases your growth hormone, which actually increases your recovery."

“People that are in chronic pain, a lot of times I tell them, let's get you into meditation breathwork. Let's get you into actually calming your system, working through that trauma.” His commitment to addressing both physical and emotional aspects of health sets him apart in the field of biohacking.
