Leila Centner, CEO and founder of Centner Wellness and Centner Academy, embarked on a transformative journey following personal health struggles with Lyme disease, mold intoxication, and parasite infestation. These challenges ignited a profound exploration into biohacking.

Centner sat down with Anthony Lolli and TereZa Hakobyan-Lolli for the Biohack Yourself Documentary, sharing that she initially relied heavily on antibiotics due to her mother's nursing background. However, this reliance ultimately weakened her immune system. The onset of Lyme disease brought severe symptoms like brain fog and memory loss, significantly affecting her professional duties as a former CFO.

“I got into biohacking because of my own health. I was diagnosed with Lyme disease,” Centner said on the Biohack Yourself Documentary. “I had mold intoxication, parasite infestation, and I didn't know what to do, so I traveled the world. I went to over 15 healing centers, and I saw many, many holistic doctors in order to figure out everything that was wrong with me and in order to figure out all the modalities that I needed to help detox my body and strengthen my immune system.”

Learning all about the Centner Wellness

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Centner recognized the limitations of traditional medical practices and sought alternative methods. Her commitment to holistic health was further reinforced by witnessing a friend's remarkable recovery from stage 4 cancer using various therapies. Her experiences with various healing centers and holistic doctors to detoxify and strengthen her immune system reshaped her approach to health and wellness. This journey motivated her to create Centner Wellness, a center offering advanced treatments like IV therapy and EBO2, consolidating diverse therapies in one place to improve accessibility and efficiency.

“I had so many devices at home and I had a friend who had stage four cancer and she said, ‘they've given me three months to die.’ and I'm like ‘Come to my house. We're gonna work on ourselves together. I'll work on me. You'll work on you.’ After about six months of her being with us and using all these devices her cancer markers went down to cancer-free,” she recounted on the Biohack Yourself Documentary.

Concerned about the quality of education available in New York, Centner and her husband, both entrepreneurs, founded Centner Academy in Miami. They emphasized a toxin-free environment and holistic practices. The school prioritizes EMF protection, highly filtered water, organic non-GMO food, and even verifies meat sources to ensure they are free from mRNA vaccines. They built a 34-acre farm to provide fresh produce and protect against food shortages and contamination.

Centner believes in creating a healthy, safe environment both at home and school. Her proactive approach to health and wellness led her to test various therapies like hyperbaric oxygen, red light therapy, and ozone therapy, which inspired the establishment of her wellness center.

A place to relax and heal

“We have EMF protection paint on the floors, EMF protection shielding on the floors, and EMF protection film on the windows. We've got highly, highly filterized water in all of our schools,” Centner explained. “Our kids eat the best food, non-GMO, organic. We even go so far as when we buy food from the farm, especially meat, we call them up and say, 'Do you give your cows mRNA vaccine?"

The wellness center, adhering to the same philosophy as the school, offers over 30 different modalities, including red light therapy, hyperbaric treatments, and infrared saunas. Centner shares her passion for these therapies, saying, “I did hyperbaric, I did red light therapy, I did ozone therapy. I want this in one place for people like me who have issues. I want this for people who don't have any issues. They just want to have a long, healthy life.”

By integrating these advanced treatments and holistic practices, Laila Centner aims to provide a comprehensive and accessible approach to health and wellness, benefiting both her community and beyond.
