In the high-pressure world of corporate America, success often demands long hours and a high tolerance for stress. Jessica A. MacNaughton lived this reality like many of us, through a remarkable career in commercial real estate through sheer determination and unwavering commitment. However, her relentless pursuit of professional excellence came at a significant cost to her well-being. Chronic stress undermined her health even as she climbed the corporate ladder.

In an interview for the ‘Biohack Yourself’ documentary, she revealed that during 2017, at the peak of her career yet teetering on the edge of burnout, Jessica experienced a pivotal moment that would redirect her life’s path.
