For many, the New Year brings mixed emotions. It’s a time of reflection, resolution, and hope for the future. But for some, it also comes with a sense of dread—another year older, another year where goals might feel out of reach, and another year wondering, “Have I missed the boat?”

At 35, I hit rock bottom. My doctor looked me in the eye and said, “You’re two weeks away from being hospitalized.” I was shocked. How could this be? I had always been a high-energy, go-getter type of person. But the truth was, I was running on empty.

That moment was a wake-up call. I made a decision that changed the course of my life. I embarked on a 10+ year journey of research, interviewing the world’s leading scientists, doctors, performance experts, and biohackers.
