Celebrities are no longer partying and displaying acts of getting wasted to demonstrate their “cool”.

I’ve seen a new wave of Wellness wash over the A-listers of Hollywood who are now promoting longevity and anti-aging.

You only need to have a look at new movies like the one Chris Hemsworth is promoting, “Limitless”, on Netflix to see that it’s not just the die-hard ‘Health Nuts’ anymore that want wellness.

What’s the buzz about celebrities wanting a wrinkle-free, youthful appearance? I get it. At 52, I’ve been in front of the camera for decades. It’s strange—almost unnatural—to be seen in high definition on a big screen. But hopefully, we’re beginning to move away from an obsession with youth. Instead, the focus is shifting toward optimal performance, health, and healing. The truth is simple: living a healthy lifestyle pays off. I’m living proof that wellness works, and I hope this trend continues.

  • Zac Efron - The “Baywatch” actor was recently seen wearing a Leela Quantum energy necklace. He shared a video of himself playing golf shirtless—tanned, fit, and sporting the EMF-harmonizing device. To this day, it remains the highest-reaching video on his Instagram page. There’s also a unique story behind the German-engineered brand. One of its co-founders was formerly the CEO of T-Mobile in Europe and the U.S. After witnessing the effects of 5G on hypersensitive individuals, he helped develop technology that doesn’t block electromagnetic fields but instead harmonizes them. This isn’t the first time Zac Efron has highlighted wellness. On his Netflix show “Down to Earth”, he has often showcased health and sustainability practices. With the rise of frequency healing, I believe Leela Quantum is on track to become a global biohacking leader—and potentially a billion-dollar industry.

  • Skims Face Wrap - The Kardashians’ new facelift face bandage sold out within hours of its online release! I’m conflicted about its value. On one hand, it may help those seeking a more sculpted jawline and neckline, as it claims to tighten the area. On the other hand, doctors say that any effect is temporary—if it appears at all. The concept comes from compression bandages used after facelifts. One potential benefit I’ve noticed, though rarely discussed, is that keeping the jaw tightly secured to the skull may help mouth breathers who sleep with their mouths open. Instead of mouth taping, this could be a better option: your airways remain open, but your jaw stays closed. Sleeping with your mouth closed and breathing through the nose can promote deeper rest, reduce cortisol, and, in turn, support healthier aging. The good news? If you still want to try this trend, Skin Gym hasn’t sold out yet—and they may actually be the original creators of face wraps.

  • Maycee Barber - The UFC fighter uses EMF harmony devices. A brain scan was conducted to measure how having a phone with data turned on changed brain activity and heart rate variability. Then, the same test was done while holding the phone with an Aires Tech device, and the results showed a difference. I tried it myself to see if it was true—and it was. Don’t just take my word for it; check out the research on their website. With over 300,000 users also claiming benefits, their products range from stickers for the back of your phone or iPad to the Flex, which can be worn as a keychain or necklace.

  • Debbie Matenopoulos - The six-time Emmy winner and lifestyle TV host created “Ikaria Beauty” based on her philosophy of the Blue Zones. Drawing from her Greek roots, she developed a skincare line that is clean and delivers radical results. At the recent Gurus Beauty Awards in Hollywood at The Aster, she shared more with me about this award-winning range, which features ingredients like castor oil, honey, and other botanicals to nourish and revitalize the skin.

  • Vivobarefoot shoes - Vivobarefoot shoes are being worn by celebrities like Cara Delevingne and Chris Hemsworth, who have both been spotted in them. These shoes are designed to let the feet spread naturally, unlike most footwear that restricts movement and can cause bunions, poor balance, and other health issues. Vivobarefoot is just one brand of fully flexible footwear, but many are now available on the market. Healthy shoes promote better balance, mobility, and grounding, as they connect you to the earth. I’ve been wearing this brand myself and feel my feet have improved as a result.

  • NAD+ celebrities are going crazy over the co-enzyme and these 3 letters! They include Brooke Burke, Kathy Hilton, Kendall Jenner, and Hailey Bieber.  Hayley said on an episode of “The Kardashians” that she wanted to take NAD+ and stay young forever!

Trusted NAD+ Boost

Truniagen’s patented formula wins strong celebrity endorsements.

NAD+ is responsible for cellular repair, and people are choosing to age better from within.

Not all NAD+ products are created equal, and Truniagen is a brand that has been tried and tested with celebrities endorsing the unique patented precursor, which is a form of B3 that allows your body to increase NAD+ levels!
