LATEST STORIES

In an age where aging is often viewed as an inevitable decline, Natalie Jill is flipping the script.

The fitness icon, bestselling author, and host of the hit podcast Midlife Conversations is not just transforming bodies—she’s revolutionizing the way women view aging, health, and vitality. With a career that has influenced over 250,000 women worldwide, Natalie Jill is an unapologetic advocate for aging powerfully, joyfully, and on your own terms.

“I don’t believe in decline as we age,” she declares in an interview with TereZa Hakobyan-Lolli and Anthony Lolli, Editors-in-Chief of longevity and wellness platform Biohack Yourself, for the influential upcoming women’s health documentary, “sHEALed.” “Aging optimally starts with a decision—and every woman has the power to make that decision at any moment.”

The sHEALed Documentary is the sister documentary to Biohack Yourself, which became a massive success after exploding on the scene in December 2024 and ignited a firestorm of interest in information focused on health and longevity. Biohack Yourself features 114 prominent and respected high-profile politicians, doctors, bestselling authors, Ph.D.s, M.D.s, scientists, chemists, inventors, biotech investors, and world-renowned academics. Stemming from the success of Biohack Yourself, TereZa Hakobyan-Lolli and Anthony Lolli have grown Biohack Yourself Media to become the number one resource for health news, publishing over 500 articles ranging from breaking news to peer reviewed content.

From Rock Bottom to Reinvention: A Personal Journey

Natalie’s journey into health and wellness wasn’t a glamorous one. At 35, she found herself in a downward spiral—newly divorced, financially devastated by the 2007 housing market crash, and struggling with 60 pounds of post-pregnancy weight.

“I was depressed. I had every excuse,” she recalls. “I remember thinking, maybe this is just what happens when you get older, have a baby, and go through tough times.”

But that moment of resignation sparked something powerful.

“I made a decision. I didn’t want to accept that story anymore. I wanted something different for myself,” she said. “That’s where it started—with a decision.”

Armed with nothing but her vision and raw determination, Natalie began posting her progress on Facebook—long before “fitness influencer” was a recognized term. The momentum snowballed. Her first program, 7 Day Jumpstart, exploded in popularity and later became a best-selling book. Since then, she’s built a global brand that has appeared on major platforms like The Doctors, reaching millions.

The Core Philosophy: Decide, Vision, Action

At the heart of Natalie’s success—and her clients’ transformations—is a deceptively simple formula: Decide, Vision, Action.

  1. Decide: “Most women don’t realize they’ve already made a decision—just the wrong one,” Natalie explains. “They’ve decided it’s too late, too hard, too expensive. Reclaiming your power starts with choosing something new.”

  2. Have a Vision: Once the decision is made, it’s about setting a clear destination. “You have to act as if you’re already that fit, vibrant woman you dream of being,” she says. “Let that future version of you guide your daily actions.”

  3. Take Action: “None of it matters if you don’t take action. But the action has to come from vision—not desperation,” she emphasizes.

This mindset-driven model is the foundation of her program Total Body Thrive, which merges sustainable nutrition, functional fitness, and a renewed identity.

Redefining Aging: What Thriving Over 50 Really Means

So what does it actually look like to thrive in midlife and beyond?

“For me, 60, 70, and 80 will feel as good as now,” says Natalie, now in her early 50s and glowing with vitality. “That’s the vision I live from.”

Her approach includes whole, nutrient-dense foods, daily movement, red light therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen—but she’s quick to stress that none of it works without mindset.

“You can do all the biohacking in the world, but if you haven’t made the internal shift, it won’t stick,” she says. “Add so much good that there’s no room for the not-so-good.”

Midlife Is Not a Diagnosis—It’s a Launchpad

Natalie believes the healthcare system often fails midlife women by dismissing their symptoms and reducing their struggles to hormones or age.

“One of the saddest things I hear is women being told, ‘It’s just menopause. Deal with it,’” she says. “That’s not okay.”

She urges women to become their own health detectives—especially when conventional medicine comes up short.

“You know your body. If something feels off, don’t accept dismissal. Ask questions. Research. Learn. We are not powerless.”

She credits her own growth to relentless curiosity and her podcast, where she interviews health experts, biohackers, and thought leaders. “I don’t always agree with every guest, but I’m always learning. I take what resonates—and that’s what I teach women to do.”

Nutrition and Fitness Simplified

While Natalie has explored high-tech wellness tools, she emphasizes that the fundamentals still matter most.

“Eat real, unprocessed food. Move your body every day. Surround yourself with people and content that lift you up. That’s the foundation,” she says.

Her nutrition philosophy: crowd out the bad by filling your life with the good.

Her fitness routine: functional movement that enhances energy, mobility, and confidence—not punishment-based workouts. “Midlife women don’t need more stress. They need strength, joy, and energy.”

Women’s Health Is Evolving—and That’s a Good Thing

Natalie is hopeful about the future of women’s health, noting a growing openness to integrative and functional approaches.

“For so long, it felt like we had to whisper about alternative health. Like it was pseudoscience,” she explains. “But now, people are hungry for truth, for results—and the conversation is changing.”

She applauds the rise of female health leaders who are reshaping the narrative.

“There’s power in numbers. When more women share their stories, their wins, and their wisdom, we all rise.”

What Natalie Jill Wants All Women To Know

  • Aging is a choice: Your midlife story can be one of decline or reinvention. It starts with a decision.

  • Mindset drives everything: No biohack can replace belief, vision, and daily action rooted in purpose.

  • Be your own health detective: Listen to your body, question your doctors, and seek knowledge.

  • Simplify your wellness: Eat real food, move daily, and surround yourself with positivity.

  • You are not too late or too old: There is no expiration date on thriving.

To the millions of women navigating midlife, Natalie Jill offers this:

“You are not broken. You are not too old. Everything you need to create the life and body you want is already inside you. Decide. Visualize. Act. And don’t let anyone—especially yourself—convince you otherwise.”

Through her work, Natalie Jill isn’t just helping women lose weight—she’s helping them lose the limiting beliefs that have held them back for far too long.

Take Your Health Into Your Own Hands

  1. Write down a declaration: “I’ve decided to age powerfully.” Read it daily.

  2. Picture your healthiest, happiest self 10 years from now. What does she eat, wear, do, and believe?

  3. Audit Your Inputs – Eliminate negative self-talk, toxic people, and empty calories—physically and emotionally.

  4. Move Every Day – It doesn’t have to be intense. Walk, dance, lift, stretch—just move with intention.

  5. Educate Yourself – Listen to podcasts (Midlife Conversations is a great start), read books, and follow credible experts.

  6. Track Progress, Not Perfection – Celebrate each win, no matter how small. Stay committed to your vision.
