The Journey to Creating Blueworx Wellness
Brad Monty entered the health industry nine years ago as a white-label manufacturer, developing products for wellness influencers and supplement brands. "I kept seeing a pattern—women struggling with chronic health conditions, but when it came to formulating products for them, we were often forced to make cost-cutting decisions," Monty explained.
This dissatisfaction led Monty to launch his own brand—one that would prioritize efficacy over profit. The turning point came when he met Dr. Gregory Rauscher, a surgeon and professor of plastic surgery with over 40 years of medical research experience. "With Dr. Rauscher’s expertise, we could validate our products in clinical trials, ensuring they actually worked—not just in theory, but in real-world applications."
From Surgery to Functional Nutrition: Dr. Rauscher’s Medical Evolution
Dr. Rauscher’s career spans decades of plastic surgery, medical research, and longevity science. "I was always drawn to research—whether it was developing a vaccine for heroin addiction or pioneering regenerative medicine techniques," he shared. His private practice in Bergen County, NJ, provided him with deep exposure to women’s health concerns, especially in cosmetic surgery and reconstructive medicine.
However, after attending a longevity conference, Dr. Rauscher had an epiphany. "I saw a stark contrast—plastic surgeons were often in poor health, while longevity experts were thriving. That’s when I knew I needed to shift focus to preventative and functional medicine."
This realization led him to partner with Monty, ensuring that Blueworx’s products weren’t just marketable—they were backed by scientific data and medical trials.

Bridging Manufacturing with Medical Science
Unlike most supplement companies, Blueworx combines real-time clinical feedback with product development. "We don’t just select ingredients because they sound good—we test them in real-world settings," Monty emphasized. Dr. Rauscher’s clinical trials at leading medical institutions provide data-driven insights, allowing for formula adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
"Most supplement companies rely on borrowed research from ingredient suppliers. We run our own trials to determine optimal dosing and bioavailability. That’s a game-changer," Monty explained.
Introducing Blueworx’s Revolutionary Products
Blueworx Wellness has launched several groundbreaking products, with a focus on nutritional optimization, weight management, and longevity.
1. Blueworx Body Care Gummy
This nutrient-dense gummy was originally developed for hospital patients struggling with malnutrition. "Many patients undergoing chemotherapy or major surgeries cannot eat properly, leading to dangerous weight loss and nutrient deficiencies," said Dr. Rauscher.
During clinical trials:
Patients with severe oral ulcers saw healing within two days.
Weight gain and nutrient absorption improved dramatically within two weeks.
Red blood cell counts increased, reducing the need for transfusions.
"The results were astonishing," Dr. Rauscher said. "This product is not just a snack—it’s a medical-grade nutritional intervention."
2. GLP-1++ Support:
A Natural Alternative to Prescription Weight Loss Drugs
With the rise of GLP-1 receptor agonists like Ozempic and Wegovy, Monty and Dr. Rauscher saw an opportunity to create a safer, non-prescription alternative.
"While these medications are effective for weight loss, they come with risks—muscle loss, bone density reduction, and metabolic slowdown," Dr. Rauscher explained. "Our GLP-1++ formula is designed to mimic the appetite-regulating benefits while preserving muscle and bone health."
Key benefits include:
Blood sugar stabilization
Reduced cravings & appetite control
Muscle and bone density preservation
Enhanced metabolic flexibility
Unlike traditional GLP-1 drugs, GLP-1++ is available without a prescription and is currently undergoing trials at leading weight-loss clinics.
3. GLP-1 Support Chewable:
A Microdosed Approach to Appetite Control
Designed as a between-meal supplement, this chewable supports:
Gradual appetite regulation
Sustained metabolic benefits
Craving reduction without extreme hunger suppression
"It’s a great alternative for people who want the benefits of GLP-1 modulation without injections or prescription medications," Monty explained.

Addressing the Epidemic of Malnutrition—Even in the Wealthy
Dr. Rauscher pointed out a paradox in modern health: even affluent individuals are malnourished. "People assume malnutrition is only a problem in developing countries, but even wealthy Americans are nutrient-deficient due to ultra-processed diets," he explained. "We see this in hospital patients who should be recovering—but can’t—because they’re not getting bioavailable nutrition."
Monty shared a personal story that fueled his mission. "I watched my brother pass away in a hospital, and I was horrified by the lack of proper nutrition in medical care. That’s when I knew we needed to create a better way to deliver nutrients efficiently."
Taking Blueworx Wellness from Hospitals to Everyday Consumers
While Blueworx started as a hospital-focused brand, its success led to expanding into mainstream wellness.
"We realized these products could help not just critically ill patients, but anyone looking to optimize health, longevity, and weight management," Monty said.
Currently, Blueworx products are available through:
Weight-loss clinics (for monitored GLP-1 support trials)
Hospital nutrition programs
Direct-to-consumer online sales at Blueworx Wellness

A Call for Regulation in the Supplement Industry
Monty is also advocating for higher regulatory standards in the supplement industry. "There are too many companies making false claims with low-quality ingredients," he said. "Consumers deserve transparency and clinical validation."
He hopes future health policy changes will support:
Standardized clinical trials for supplements
Clearer labeling requirements
Stronger FDA oversight on efficacy claims
The Future of Functional Medicine & Longevity
Both Monty and Dr. Rauscher believe we are entering a new era of preventative medicine.
"For too long, medicine has been reactive—treating disease after it appears," Dr. Rauscher said. "The future is proactive, focusing on prevention, metabolic health, and longevity."
Monty echoed this vision: "We want to help people before they end up in hospitals. Whether it’s nutritional optimization, metabolic flexibility, or better weight management, we’re here to offer scientifically validated solutions that actually work."
Through Blueworx Wellness, Monty and Dr. Rauscher are bridging the gap between medical science and everyday nutrition—proving that when it comes to health, innovation and integrity must go hand in hand.
