In a world saturated with quick fixes and questionable wellness trends, Darren Schwartz is cutting through the noise. An entrepreneur turned philanthropist and health technology innovator, Schwartz is the U.S. force behind Hue Light USA, a company that’s transforming how we view and experience wellness.
Driven by a personal mission to help others after witnessing his son's adverse vaccine reaction and healing journey, Schwartz has emerged as a passionate advocate for science-backed, non-invasive healing technologies. Schwartz sat down with TereZa Hakobyan-Lolli and Anthony Lolli, Editors-in-Chief of longevity and wellness platform Biohack Yourself, for an interview for the influential upcoming women’s health documentary, “sHEALed,” to share his journey, the story behind Hue Light, and the groundbreaking protocol known as BAHI—blending red light therapy, hydrogen inhalation, vibration therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen.
This is not just innovation. It’s a movement.
The sHEALed Documentary is the sister documentary to Biohack Yourself, which became a massive success after exploding on the scene in December 2024 and ignited a firestorm of interest in information focused on health and longevity. Biohack Yourself features 114 prominent and respected high-profile politicians, doctors, bestselling authors, Ph.D.s, M.D.s, scientists, chemists, inventors, biotech investors, and world-renowned academics. Stemming from the success of Biohack Yourself, TereZa Hakobyan-Lolli and Anthony Lolli have grown Biohack Yourself Media to become the number one resource for health news, publishing over 500 articles ranging from breaking news to peer reviewed content.
From Loss to Legacy: Darren Schwartz’s Path to Purpose
“I basically serve God's children. That's what I do,” Schwartz declares. With a personal philosophy grounded in philanthropy, Schwartz’s success in business only fueled his desire to find deeper purpose.
After losing his father at 15 and facing his own family’s health crisis, Schwartz began to question the limitations of conventional medicine. His son’s dramatic improvement after seeking alternative treatments, including the help of Dr. Kenneth Bock, lit a fire in him to explore cutting-edge therapies that actually work.
“I started buying expensive equipment, some of which turned out to be snake oil. But I kept searching. I researched, tested, and eventually found Hue Light,” Schwartz said.
Hue Light: A South Korean Breakthrough Comes to the U.S.
Hue Light was originally developed by Dr. Lee, a former engineer who was diagnosed with colon cancer. Rejecting traditional treatments, Dr. Lee pursued a degree in immunophysiology and pioneered a protocol combining red light therapy and molecular hydrogen inhalation. Today, Dr. Lee is cancer-free—and his technologies are at the core of Hue Light’s offerings.
Schwartz, impressed by Dr. Lee’s integrity and scientific rigor, forged a partnership to bring Hue Light to the United States.
“I told him it’s not about the money—I already have money. I want to help people,” Schwartz explained. That shared mission led to a deal, making Schwartz the official U.S. distributor.

What Sets Hue Light Apart? The Technology Explained
Most red light therapy devices on the market fall short in comparison, Schwartz claims.
“Other beds might have 3,600 bulbs. Our bed has 38,880 medical-grade chip diodes. That’s a massive difference in radiance and effectiveness,” he explained.
More than just intensity, Hue Light incorporates vibrational frequencies discovered by French neurologist Dr. Paul Nogier. These frequencies, based on embryonic development stages, are embedded into the bed’s protocol to retrain the body’s natural vibrations.
“When you’re off—say an organ isn’t functioning properly—it’s likely not vibrating at its natural frequency. We train the body to reset that frequency.”
The BAHI Protocol: A Full-Body Wellness Reboot
Hue Light’s U.S. debut introduces Americans to the BAHI Protocol—standing for Blood and lymph circulation, Autoimmune balance, Hormonal balance, and Immunity. This comprehensive wellness stack consists of:
Vibration Therapy (Sonix Plate): Unlike standard vibration plates that rattle the skull, the Sonix device uses sound waves to stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation, enhance muscle tone, and even reduce cellulite.
Red Light Bed + Hydrogen Inhalation: The user lies in the high-radiance light bed while breathing in molecular hydrogen. This dual action targets mitochondrial health, reduces oxidative stress, and stimulates collagen production.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy: This final phase increases oxygenation in scar tissue and enhances the gut microbiome by promoting aerobic bacteria—the "good guys."
“It’s a one-hour session that can feel like a full-body reboot,” Schwartz said. “And when you come out of it, you feel it. It’s intense—in a good way.”

Nano Hydrogen Spa: The Future of Skin Health
Schwartz also introduced Hue Light’s Nano Spa, a device that infuses bath or shower water with nano hydrogen bubbles. Unlike microbubbles, nano bubbles penetrate the skin’s pores to detoxify and repair the collagen matrix—key to wrinkle reduction and skin health.
“Dr. Perricone told me, ‘You might be sitting on the solution for wrinkles in the future.’ That was a powerful moment,” Schwartz recalled.
Who’s Using Hue Light?
While still new in the U.S., Hue Light is already in use by professional athletes, celebrities, and high-net-worth individuals. The therapy is being sought for both aesthetic and medical reasons, including performance enhancement, recovery, chronic illness support, and anti-aging.
But Schwartz envisions broader access.
“This is about giving people real solutions. Whether it’s Parkinson’s, autoimmune disorders, or just wanting to feel better, this technology has the potential to change lives,” he said.
Schwartz’s Key Takeaways:
Not all red light therapy is equal: Look for chip diodes and high radiance (100 megawatts/cm²).
Combine therapies for best results: Hue Light’s “biohack stack” integrates light, sound, frequency, and oxygen.
Hydrogen inhalation is a game-changer: Unlike hydrogen water, which offers limited absorption, inhalation allows deep cellular and mitochondrial access.
Light matters: Lack of natural light exposure is contributing to poor health. “We are mal-illuminated,” Schwartz says.
Education is essential: “You need to be an active participant in your health,” Schwartz insists. “Knowledge is power.”
Schwartz’s message is clear: Health is not about gimmicks or shortcuts—it’s about informed action, personal responsibility, and access to real tools that work. Hue Light USA, under his leadership, is pushing the boundaries of what modern wellness can look like.
“I’m living my dream,” he said. “I’m helping people. That’s what it’s all about.”

What You Can Do Today:
Seek Quality in Wellness Tech: Before investing in red light therapy, ask about radiance levels, chip diodes, and whether frequencies are incorporated.
Consider Stacking Treatments: Combining therapies like vibration, red light, and hyperbaric oxygen can amplify results.
Get Sunlight Every Morning: Natural light in the morning supports metabolism, vitamin D production, and mood.
Question the Hype: Be wary of wellness fads. Test, research, and trust only evidence-backed technologies.
Be Proactive: As Schwartz puts it, “Life is short. Don’t wait.”
