Dr. Gabrielle Lyon and Biohack Yourself Magazine Celebrate Dual Book and Cover Launch in New York City

Hundreds gathered in New York City on January 27, 2026, to celebrate the release of Biohack Yourself Magazine’s latest issue featuring Dr. Gabrielle Lyon on the cover and the launch of her new book, “The Forever Strong Playbook.”

The event took place at Life Time Fitness’ Midtown Manhattan location near Fifth Avenue and was held as an invite-only gathering for members of the Biohack Yourself community, along with invited experts, clinicians, founders, and VIP guests who traveled to the city to attend the private celebration.

“Dr. Lyon’s work represents a shift in how people think about strength, health, and aging. Bringing our community together to celebrate both her book and her Biohack Yourself Magazine cover was an opportunity to highlight voices that are helping reshape the future of wellness,” shared TereZa Hakobyan-Lolli, Biohack Yourself co-founder and co-editor-in-chief.

The evening began with a red carpet arrival and private welcome for guests, setting the tone for a night centered on strength, health, and longevity. Following the arrival reception, Dr. Lyon took part in a conversation discussing the ideas behind “The Forever Strong Playbook,” including her work advancing the concept of muscle-centric medicine and the importance of skeletal muscle in long-term metabolic health.

Attendees later had the opportunity to participate in a signing for both “The Forever Strong Playbook” and the Biohack Yourself Magazine Winter 2025/26 issue, where Dr. Lyon appears on the cover. The gathering also included professional photo moments and a curated reception that allowed guests to meet Dr. Lyon personally and connect with others working across the wellness and performance space.

Dr. Lyon’s message that “muscle is medicine” served as a central theme of the evening. Both the new book and her Biohack Yourself Magazine cover feature explore why the conversation around building muscle—particularly for women—continues to evolve and why strength is increasingly being viewed as a critical pillar of long-term health and longevity.

“Strength is responsibility, and people are ready for that because we know what the alternative is. Weakness really isn’t an option for anybody,” Dr. Lyon exclusively shared with Biohack Yourself Media.

A panel conversation moderated by Don Saladino also explored themes around strength, performance, and longevity. The event also brought together a number of notable attendees from across the health and wellness community, including Brian Mazza, Dr. Gerry Curatola, and Dr. J. Gandhi. Renowned photographer Peter Hurley, who shot both the cover of “The Forever Strong Playbook” and Dr. Lyon’s Biohack Yourself Magazine cover, also graced the event.

Biohack Yourself founders Anthony Lolli and TereZa Lolli were present for the event and helped shape the vision for the evening.

Biohack Yourself Media served as the exclusive media partner for the event, with its journalists, photographers, and videographers on site capturing interviews, behind-the-scenes moments, and editorial coverage throughout the evening.

“We created Biohack Yourself to bring together the people who are actually advancing the conversation around health and longevity. Having Dr. Gabrielle Lyon launch her book and our magazine cover together in New York is exactly the kind of moment that shows where this movement is heading,” highlighted Anthony Lolli, Biohack Yourself co-founder and co-editor-in-chief.

The successful event brought together many of the minds helping push conversations around health, longevity, and human performance forward at a time when discussions about long-term wellbeing are becoming increasingly important. Biohack Yourself Media was once again at the forefront of the milestone gathering, documenting the conversations and connecting leaders shaping the future of modern health.

Next: Dr. Robert Whitfield’s SHARP Surgery Center Launch

Following the successful New York City gathering with Dr. Gabrielle Lyon, Biohack Yourself Media will next spotlight the opening of the SHARP Surgery Center led by board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Robert Whitfield in Austin, Texas. The new facility represents a major expansion of Whitfield’s patient-centered approach to surgery and recovery, integrating his Strategic Holistic Accelerated Recovery Program (SHARP), which focuses on preparation before surgery and long-term recovery protocols designed to support healing and reduce inflammation.

The more than $9 million facility was designed to move away from a traditional clinical environment, incorporating advanced air quality systems, filtered water integration, and a layout intended to reduce patient stress during surgical care.

Biohack Yourself Media will be on site, covering the launch and documenting the conversations surrounding this milestone moment as it continues leading the charge in health event coverage.
