“I have a rule for myself that although I want to have this altruistic view of creating content just for people, I create content for myself because I feel that if I create content for myself then it's going to attract the like-minded people that think like me and want to view that content too. It's allowed me to create content that I'm sincerely passionate about in an unbiased way.”

In addition to content creation, DeLauer incorporates advanced biohacking techniques into his routine, including blood flow restriction training (BFR) and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. BFR involves using specialized cuffs to enhance muscle growth and injury repair by restricting venous blood flow. He also utilizes different wavelengths of light, such as blue light, to optimize melatonin production and simulate sunlight exposure, demonstrating his holistic approach to wellness.
