If you're experiencing sleep disruption, it may be linked to elevated levels of electromagnetic fields (EMFs). Justin Frandson, creator of EMF Rocks, discussed with TereZa Hakobyan-Lolli and Anthony Lolli in the Biohack Yourself Documentary how his products protect loved ones from EMF's harmful effects.

Drawing from Arthur Firstenberg's 'Invisible Rainbow,' Frandson explained how Firstenberg categorized the historical correlation between electricity and major health transformations, attributing widespread illness to shifts in our electromagnetic atmosphere.

“From cosmic shifts like solar flares to man-made ones such as the introduction of electricity in homes since 1889, each has had its impact,” Frandson said. “The flu became a permanent part of our lives due to the disruptive effects of electricity. The advent of radio waves, satellites, radar, and more recently, the controversial 5G rollout, has been particularly disruptive. Many are turning to EMF rocks to create coherence in their environments amid these changes.”

Despite government safety standards classifying EMFs as non-ionizing and therefore safe, Justin points to research suggesting otherwise. Studies by Dr. Martin Paul indicate that EMFs disrupt mitochondrial function and lead to cellular and DNA damage.

Combat EMF exposure

“Voltage-gated calcium channels act as the gateway for mitochondrial energy within cells,” he explained on the Biohack Yourself Documentary. “EMFs, from low-level electrical frequencies to high-speed wireless wavelengths, disrupt these channels at the cellular level, affecting cellular function."

To combat EMF exposure, Frandson discusses various methods, including the use of grounding bags containing crystals like shungite, amethyst, and black tourmaline. These crystals create a piezoelectric effect, introducing negative ions to counteract positive charges in the environment. Justin said these methods can improve sleep quality and overall well-being, as evidenced by waveform tests and other measures.

"It's not an artificially created resonance that requires plugging into a wall, like grounding sheets or manufactured frequencies embedded in metal plates, pendants, or phone stickers,” Frandson said on the Biohack Yourself Documentary. “Instead, it's nature's resonance encapsulated in a bag that you bring into your home to foster coherence."

While modern technologies emit much higher frequencies than the Earth's beneficial resonance, Frandson offers solutions like grounding bags to mitigate the negative impacts.
