RFK Jr. Supporters Pack Senate For HHS Confirmation Hearing

Hundreds of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s supporters flooded Capitol Hill on Tuesday as the Senate Finance Committee opened hearings for his confirmation as Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS).

MAHA Alliance shared a clip of the growing crowd wearing MAHA signs and shirts to demonstrate their support for RFK Jr.

"RFK Jr. supporters are showing up! Confirm RFK Jr.!" the organization wrote in an Instagram story.

MAHA Alliance, the a 501(c)(4) organization that emerged from the grassroots movement supporting Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and is dedicated to promoting health-focused reforms.

Inside the hearing, Kennedy is expected to address concerns head-on, including pointing out that he is not anti-vaccine.

"I want to make sure the Committee is clear about a few things. News reports have claimed that I am anti-vaccine or anti-industry. Well, I am neither; I am pro-safety," Kennedy will say in his opening statement, Fox News noted.

As the confirmation process continues, the supporter turnout underscores the public’s deep investment in the nation’s healthcare leadership.

Kennedy Jr.‘s confirmation hearings begin Wednesday, followed by a session with the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee on Thursday, January 30. The Senate will vote on his nomination after the hearings conclude, but the exact date for the final decision has not been announced.
