Dr. Sean Drake's office in Scottsdale, Arizona, is adorned with framed jerseys of the many professional athletes he treats. Through his practice, Athlete Chiropractic, Dr. Drake aids athletes of every level in achieving peak performance.

Featured in the Biohack Yourself Documentary with Anthony Lolli, Dr. Drake's journey into biohacking was spurred by a life-changing car accident during college, redirecting him from track and military aspirations to chiropractic care.

His academic immersion in human performance and biohacking deepened his understanding of optimizing cellular function, leading him to integrate traditional chiropractic methods with cutting-edge biohacking techniques.

Dr. Drake's holistic approach focuses on assessing movement patterns, energy levels, and overall physiological state to customize interventions that enhance recovery, performance, and long-term health. He emphasizes foundational habits such as meditation, breathwork, nutrition, and movement practices to sustain well-being. Dr. Drake advocates for biohacking tools like PEMF therapy, red light therapy, and cold exposure for cellular repair, inflammation reduction, and hormonal balance.

Working with his top athletes

"Number one, where's your lifestyle?" Dr. Drake emphasizes in the Biohack Yourself Documentary, highlighting his approach to assessing his patients' overall well-being. “What are you doing day to day? How are you waking up? Are you meditating? Are you breathing? Are you eating? Are you moving? Those are the first things that I ask all my patients. Then number two, have you had past trauma or any type of like history? That's the one thing that gets ignored. You know, we have all these falls, traumas, accidents, emotional things that have happened over the years.”

“People that are in chronic pain, a lot of times I tell them, let's get you into meditation breathwork. Let's get you into actually calming your system, working through that trauma.”

His philosophy extends beyond athletes to individuals seeking vitality and longevity, promoting mindfulness and intention in daily life. Through his experiences and teachings, Dr. Drake aims to illuminate the path to efficient living and holistic wellness in the biohacking community, bridging scientific rigor with compassionate care for optimal health and performance.

“Biohacking taught me how to have a more efficient life. And then through that, be a light to people, because people are asking ‘what are you doing?’ And really, that's what our goal should be in this biohacking world is to be the light in the world for people.”
